Actually, the market showing us spike-up and spike-down, and it's not the market that we knew, even it's too tough to predict. The main lesson in this video is controlling emotions which is reason#1 causing failure to traders. Good Job Meir.

So much risk in that TSLA trade, i think you have managed your emotions well but the GAP was closed too low and if the price would have continued moving down so the loss could has been be very high.

Right, but 2 things worked fine for me: 1. The expectation of a reversal around the point where the gap close 2. my expextation that at around the same time - the market will move higher. Gladly, both worked out fine.

He just chose one and if he think that is going in the short direction he can short it buy market order or using limit order it's up to you how you do that the way I see he always do it's a market price

They trade CFD's. Theyre underlying deritives of any given stock, except they trade to mirror the stocks price action unlike an option and you can short or buy anything as long as the platform has a CFD for that stock. If not, you cant trade it.

What are your thoughts on SNANF? (Sona nano tech ) they have produced test kits for the corona virus . They are partnered with GE healthcare.This is rallying hard . They are a Canadian company but just released a US OTC ticker . Let me know what you think.

And that Tesla trade is how so many traders blow up their accounts. They don't stick to their stop loss and fail to manage their risk. It could've easily just kept dropping.

Possibly, but this would be very rare because 60% of the move in Tesla (and in any other stock) is dictated by the S&P 500. Tesla came downs to close the gap and was pushed back up by the S&P. Sometimes stocks my have "life of their own" but normally, you need to determine the stop not only according to the stock's technical behavior. This is a very short explanation. I could talk about this for an hour...

I get 20:1 margin from Colmex, so I don't really care. As a trader, the only thing you need to care about is what is your stop. e.g. if I trade 4,000 shares and my stop is $1 away, I can lose $4,000 and so on. The used amount of $$$ isn't important at all.

@meir Oh man this first TSLA long you took really pissed me off as usual. You always buy a low timeframe piece of shit intraday pattern that is meaningless, Then wait for it to become such a bad loser that you can't stomach it and have to move out, while remarking that the spot you are choosing as your exit is actually an even better entry than your initial entry, based on the dominating chart, the daily chart. Now if you were a human being, this terrible strategy you have would make you a consistent loser like the rest of us. But there is sorcery at work. Which pisses me TF off.

I am now only trading off of the daily chart as it is a new rule of mine to never ever ever pull up an intraday chart as it just shows me signals that never work for me and seem to always work for you. I grew so sick and tired of it brother
