Is it safe to put rolled towel under your lower back? And did your patients have restored the lumbar curve after doing exercise ? How long did it take? And also thank you so much for the information

Thanx madam. I am just diagnosed with lumbar lardosis issue. Hope this will help me. I was washing clothes bending my back everyday may be bcz of this i get this issue.. Doctor has given me tablets and L3 belt..

Bhai mujhe bhi loss of lumbar lordosis hai aur mujhe bas back muscles me pain hota hai aur mai jyada der without back support nhi baidh pata 2 years se medicine chl rhi jyada fark nhi ay hai kya ye exercise kaam aaegi ??

DEAR MADAM, WHAT IS LIMBUS VERTEBRA? IN MY X-RAY REPORT OF L-S SPINE & THORASIC SPINE IT HAS BEEN MENTIONED THAT I HAVE LIMBUS VERTEBRA IN T12. I FEEL SEVERE BACK MUSCLE STIFFNESS/ SPASM WHEN I STAND FOR 30-40 MINUTES AND IT TAKES SEVERAL HOURS TO FEEL COMFORT AFTER SITTING FROM STANDING. Madam I am diagnosed with straight spine in lumbar region. My back is getting stiff after doing these exercises. It stop paining, but it gets stiff next day. I am currently doing it alternate days and mix it with walk (30-40mins). Any specific tips and how much time does it take to get the shape back? Any specific food you would recommend that will benefit.

Ma'am my MRI report says "straightening of the lumbar spine with reduction of the physiological lordosis" and "adjust the medullary cone and the fibers of the cauda equina" So in addition i feel so much pain on my left leg , hip, lower back, and in the front lower stomach on the left side only. May this 4 exercises mentioned in the video will help me to cure and pain relief ?, and how much time it will take ?, Pls ma'am help me, respond me im suffering from this pain about 1 and half year. Thank you !!!

Mem आपका वीडियो बहुत useful ह , mem कुछ dr lordosis को spine के बाहर कि तरफ आना कह रहे ह पर ज़्यादातर वीडियो में स्पाइन curve के अंदर झुकने को ही lordosis कहते ह ।

Glad u liked my video. 😊 Curve ander ki taraf hota hai to ise lordosis curve hi kehte hain. Ye physiologically ander hi hona chaiye, yahi normal hota hai... Lkn jab ye curve khatam ho jata hai, spine sidhi ho jati hai..due to bad body posture..to fir ise loss of lordosis bolte hain, jo ki abnormal hai. I hope I cleared ur....point.

Yes, you can use pillow at your lumber area to make it in right position. But make sure.. pillow should not be too wide, it should be of adequate size.... 😊

Video me batai gyi exercises kariye or zyada time ek posture me na bathiye....har adhe ghante bad back ka posture thik kariye. Long hour sitting or driving avoid karain.

Osteophyste is a bony growth that develops on the edge of bone. Once it's made, it doesn't go away on their own. Osteophytes, are not painful in and of themselves. Many people with osteophystes experience no pain or neurological symptoms. However, symptoms may occur if the osteophytes give pressure on spinal nerves, the spinal cord itself, the vertebral discs, or the blood vessels in the region of vertebral column. In order not to increase this condition, exercises are important..to improve flexibility of d spine.

@@zaidhasankhan3742 she has disc bulge, it was revealed in the mri, xray reports said ostephytes. But mri said, disc bulge. She's better now, better than last year.

Ok... You can do cat exercise in quadruped position (the position where both hands and knees are on the ground. ) It is the starting position of crawling that all children do. Your spine will also be straight in this position.

mam mera back ma dard hota ha one year sa ..xera kea to loss of lordosis likha ta or early degenerative change L3L4L5 vartibra tha ..hum abhi 27 years ka hu ..may jub 13 years ka tha tub 5 - 6 feet upor pecha sa gir gaya tha ..abhi may samne jhukka kuch time koi kam karta ho to dard suru ho jata hay ..hum jub koi e ve time ma sota hu hum ko dard nahi hota ..humko sirf sumne jhukka koi kam kuch dar k lea kar tha hu to dard suru ho ja tha ha..ab humko kay karna ha humko samaj nehi aa raha ha ..

Posture ka dhyaan rakhiye....or exercises kariye. Bethate samaye lumber area well supported rahain. Iske liye ya to back support ka istemaal karain....ya fir towel ko fold karke lumber area par laga lain. Bed par sote samaye bhi lumber area par towel roll krke lagayain.

Medicine se kuch farak nhi padega isme. Good body posture banaye or physiotherapy karwaye. Age chal kar pregnancy me back pain ki problem ho sakti hai.

Posture belt ka abhi tak koi credible evidence nhi hai ki ye effective hoti ya nhi. Posture ko improve karne ka sabse acha tarika hai ki uper back pr lower back muscles ki streching or strengthening exercises karain. Or apne posture per khud se dhyaan de.

Yes, you will surely get relief if u do these ex's atleast once a day everyday. Along with this, take care of the back posture as well.

There is loss of lumbar lordosis with straightening of spine, so my lumbar curve has more inward curve or is it flat back? I'm confused about that...does it case mild disc bulge?

Hi! Yes it can cause Disc herniation! Be careful! Loss of lumbar lordosis (straightening of the spine) means flat back.

@@Kanvo-ch1zj There are exercises on the Internet! It depends how old are you to be able to restore it as much as possible. I'm confused now because one physio says I must try to restore it and another doctor says that it's over and I do the opposite movement exercises! I'm still looking for the right answers! I will win this fight!

Serious problem ban sakti hai agar aap abhi se posture thik nhi karte hai to. Joint pain, muscle pain ki shikayat bad sakti hai.

1. Hold the position for 5 second, repeat 5 times, 2 times a day 2. Hold the position for 10 second,repeat 8-10 times 3. Hold for 10 second, repeat 8-10 times 4. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 5 times. 2 times a day morning and evening. Thank you 😊

Hi Mam, I'm from Bangladesh. and i'm just 24 yearrs. help me sir, give me some effective advise .here my spine MRI report :- impression: 1. Mild disc desiccation L4 / L5 and L5/S1 levels. 2.Disc bulge at L4 / L5 and L5 / S1 levels. 3. Thecal sac indentation from L4 to S1 levels. 4. Straightened lumbar curvature

Brother, I'm also from Bangladesh, and I'm 24 years old. suffering low back pain for more than 3 years. Recently, my x-ray report showed ("straightened lumbar curvature due to suspended muscle spasm"). Can you share with me what your doctor said? Any exercise or something else? @@sai7611 Dear brother, I have found so many exercises video on KZfaq for the lumber spine. But I can't understand which exercises are appropriate for me. Different trainers and doctors are suggesting different types of exercise here. One channel says "these particular exercise will help you" and another channel says "Don't do that, it will be even more harmful". That's why I stopped doing exercise. The first few days, I did some.

Mam mera bhi lumber lodosis is lost ka report aya hai me exercise kar raha hu par pain bahut jada hota hai kamar me pain kese rukega...

Spine par kharab posture ka hona. Kaam karte waqt aage jhuk kr bethane se loss of lumber lordosis ki pareshani ati hai.
