Bro the lyrics to this entire song are realatable. I have been listening to Linkin Park for 20 years now give or take, and to me this is the song that hits most the most at home. It's amazing how this wasn't selected originally.... There's not a word of this song that doesn't speak to my soul. This and Fighting Myself have become not only my two new favorite songs of Linkin Park, but also of all time. They're just how I feel on a daily basis....

I honestly put a lot of blame on the fake “fans” that bitched about One More Light. That was very clearly Chester trying to heal and even reaching out, and all he got back was a bunch of whining, bitching, and backstabbing. I have very little doubt it contributed heavily to the choice he made.

Worker strikes, nuclear war, how to love, many extremely important themes that songs like Numb seem mundane.

It used to happen to me last year as well, I’ve known linkin park since I was like 11 and was 12 at the time of Chester’s death, so guess that my very late tears are due to my better understanding of the lyrics and what’s behind them. Also, still the last line of Roads Untravelled is hard to hear without crying 👍

I'm 100% with you. I'm 28, and I grew up listening to the entirety of LP. I even had the chance to hear the Reanimated album when the ONLY WAY you could hear it, was on Adult Swim hahaha. I, too, said "I will go to a concert one day... I want to meet Chester so damn bad" and... when July 20th, 2017 came by, I couldn't tell you how much it made my heart sink. Now I need to make it up, and still go see them, to give Mike and the boys a huge hug. Especially Mike... that remembrance show he did for Chester always makes me have such a huge respect for Mike. You could tell towards the end of it, he was holding back so much of his emotions... I'm sure after the show he broke down. People were ignorant on the comments, too, saying "Wow, he isn't showing much emotions! He didn't really care for Chester, it's very clear!"

Seeing them on the project revolution tour this one kind of hurt too

just let it out...i cried...i found channels that created beautiful fake songs using chester's voice..and man i bawled! like linkin park and eminem - GONE on channel MUSIC ALL DAY LV....its a beautiful video in remembrance if Chester..and there's one called SACRIFICES linkin park, 2pac, and eminem on channel PXNDO REMIX... seriously awesome...people are so creative..chester's death hit me hard and it still does..can't believe it's been like 6 years...such a sweet soul and so talented...i'll never forget him and never forget driving to the movies and my friend said he was gone and had killed himself...i was in denial ... and it wasn't even long after chris cornell died...they were fri3ends and did that amazing performance together on stage for Crawling... it makes me so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh and i also kept saying i wanted to see them in concert then he passed away...i get what u mean it really hurts..,.their music and the raw emotion delivered from chester got me thru extremely dark times especially after my moms death...😞 i LOVE grey daze too but its difficult listening to them..the 90s was the best decade of my life and had the best music.. but man it makes me so depressed.. chester had a powerful set of lungs and he was only 16 when he sang in grey daze and sang his heart out...his live shows are incredible he had such star quality and stage presence but also u can tell he was a down to earth caring dude... i've never been affected by a celebrity death like Chester... what a tragic loss to the world.,. he was too good for this evil world

Here in brazil, they're like the most influential band that I know. Love or hate, here everybody knows this band, every gym plays faint😂

They were REAAAAALLY big back in Hybrid Theory/Meteora/M2M times here in Germany. Like probably one of the most popular rock groups at the time (although there were bigger genres, but Linkin Park was one of the very few rock groups that actually made it into the mainstream). "Impactful" doesn't quite do it justice man. Half my wardrobe was Linkin Park merch as a teenager :D

They were/still are huge in both Latin America where I grew up and France were I live now. As a kid I only loved the music cause it sounded cool, as I got older I understood and related as a teen As an adult I love hearing this music again under any circumstances cause it’s just special, you know? A voice that makes you feel safer somehow

I actually believe Linkin Park was the most impactful band back in the early 2000's anywhere in the world. I actually went to one of his last concerts in the Ziggo Dome in NL right before he decided he was needed in heaven.
