I don't like what they did to him in season 6, I mean the one on an island, a senseless man led by "Locke" even having his own motives

I love Sayid's laugh at the end. He knows he just told the truth, that they didn't believe it, that he was forewarning them about their deaths and they could stop it if they believed him, but its so absurd that there's no way any reasonable people possibly would. They got exactly what they wanted from him and they're all gonna die anyway, and he cant help but laugh at the insanity of it all.

Seeing Sayid laughing is bone chilling! Such a good scene & one of the best seasons ever made! I absolutely love time travel stuff I don’t know why it’s soooo easy for me to understand! I miss these days when TV was in its prime now there’s nothing it remakes & garbage on! 😞😞

Season 5 is definitely my favorite! Time travel, huge mythology deep dives, Taweret, Dharma answers.

Holdham was such a great little one-off character. I wish more writers would study this show, it isn't a coincidence it had the best plot/story AND some of the best characters. The amazing story and mythology were such fertile ground, the perfect foundation for some of the most compelling characters to blossom and thrive in.

Thank you! Every time I bring up LOST in casual conversation everyone rolls their eyes and I have to hear “they were dea…” which I stop ‘em mid sentence to go no they weren’t all dead the whole time. Christian Shepherd even says as much in the final scene. I love LOST so much!

The Side-Way wasn’t even purugtory per se, because that church houses The Lamppost in the basement. The characters light was being reabsorbed and redistributed by the Island.

Always wondered why Jin and Sawyer didn't try to say Sayid was on their boat. Could have been easy to spin up a story, say he was camping out on the other side of the island or something and then say the hostiles caught him, thus the handcuffs

I remember being so disappointed by this guy. They talked about Oldham like he was some terrifying madman. But then it's just...this.

Kind of like how they built up the captain from the ship in season 4 like he'd be some sort of intimidating figure that you couldn't trust and he was just a chill guy who genuinely cares about his crew and got killed

If their interrogator was hardcore i think it would detract from Sayid being the ominous one in this scene. He was meant to be a cryptic intimidating figure in this moment and it worked marvelously
