I grate my butter cold on a box grater and mix it in with the cold ground meat. It actually makes the meat more tender that way and flavors it better and more evenly.

I LOVED Paula's audio book. It used to soothe me to sleep. I closed my eyes on this video because she was back to her audio book voice and rhythm..could listen to her for hours tell stories

Always love walking down memory lane with you, Miss Paula. ❤ I suppose the ground beef would have to be very lean to add so much butter! Lol 😂 Imo, the burger should be very thin and cover the bun so all the toppings don't squish out when you take a bite! 👍

Yumm. I put a tablespoon of butter that is mixed w/your house seasoning in the middle of my burgers and it helps w/even cooking also. After I cook my burgers or hot dogs, I put them in the buns and back into the bag they came out of and it steams the buns that way too :)

Doughnut burgers are now popular. And In February of 2020 KFC started serving a doughnut chicken sandwich. I am not sure how well the kfc sandwiches sold or how long kfc served them. A Luther Burger, or doughnut burger (among several naming variations), is a hamburger or cheeseburger with one or more glazed doughnuts in place of the bun. Maybe it should be called Paula's Dough-not repeat after u eat burger. ( DO not eat but 1x in your life😂)

I’ve decided to post a review after reading some negative ones kzfaq.infoUgkxD4Qeo-HRLxMfom_PDinM_SBfes00qJsB I followed the cleaning instructions prior to using and preheated as well to ensure that we didn’t get the “plastic” smell or taste some have mentioned in other comments. I cleaned the basket with vinegar and water and the dish soap, and preheated it 3x to be sure. Honestly, the cooking time took about 30 min for larger wings and it’s a good idea to turn the meat half way through to cook evenly. The meat taste delicious 😋 Also, there is no mess on the counter from the vapor released during cooking time.

If you smash up your avocado with a small drop of lemon juice and small pieces of onion a tad of minced garlic mix it up well and add to your burger it is amazing. I have left the lemon out and it was just as good too. So try adding or taking away whatever you like and give it a try. Edit= Adding the drop of lemon juice keeps the onion from having such a strong overbearing smell and taste. I do sometimes just put a couple drops of lemon juice in my diced up onions let sit in a bowl for 2 to 5 mins and drain juice off and then add the onion to my avocado .

I remember Jay Bird being on one of your flashback Fridays shows and boy was he handsome. Your were not exaggerating. There was nothing on that man that needed to be improved.
