Love it when you Love on the LOVEBITES. Best power metal band in 30 years, being a LOVEBITES fanatic and long member of their Wolf pack, I can tell ya it ain't cheap to have everything they've released imported to FLORIDA, lol. But it's been worth every penny. The Cds were reasonable, but getting my hands on those live DVDs was some CA$H..lol The whole 5 of a Kind show will just make your metal heart cry in joy.

Yeah, as Rick said you definitely want to check out Raise Some Hell from the same show to see them really using the stage. But everything from this show is amazing. Edge of the World is a song I think you'd enjoy too, as it goes through a lot of change from start to finish.

This was from their 5 of a kind bluray and the second song of a 19 song set and as for them moving around it depends on the pace of the song they have a song from this concert called Raise some hell (the video is on KZfaq) were they really move around on stage and engage the crowd ...anyway great reaction guys keep up the good work and stay safe.

I hope these girls will bring forth the revival of a sound and style that has been almost lost... they're living and breathing incarnation of 80's power metal and heavy metal gods (goddesses?) and they deserve to be heard. I haven't been this exited about any band in years...

Glad you guys are back into Lovebites and Band-Maid. I watched their live stream they did recently to celebrate three years of their first album and albeit it was in a studio setting and you can feel them missing the audience they were spectacular. Miyako again with her simultaneous playing of guitar and keyboards always puts a smile. Lovebites are more like Classical Orchestra, the best band on the planet currently. After watching Epilogue the best ballad in past 30 years and in my opinion top 5 of all time and the Signs of Deliverance (Zepp Version) where Midori and Miyako walk the catwalk then do dual guitar with overhand tapping in perfect harmony solidified them as the best band. Right after them Band-Maid, Scandal and Nemophila are topping my list. I watched their live shows as well. If a J-Rock festival was made with all those bands and added BabyMetal, Aldious, Doll$box, Unlucky Morpheus, Wagakki Band and One OK Rock I'd be going no matter where it is and how much it costs. Ok, I'd go to Japan to watch them individually if this pandemic isn't in the way.

Hi there guys. I'm glad you like this band, I agree it is getting tough to find songs because of KZfaq taking them down. But there are people who seem to find links to songs. here is a few songs to look out for. Raise some Hell, Edge Of The World, Signs Of Deliverance, Under A Red Sky. Some of the influences you have mentioned are there along with Iron Maiden. But keep looking though, like a lot of Japanese Female bands they have fans all around the World. This Pro-shot Video is one of Three concert DVD's made since 2018. Five Of A Kind (2020) of which this song is taken was Filmed in February this year just prior to lock down. The other two DVD's are called Battle In The East (2018) and Daughters Of The Dawn (2019) but they really are a class act.

Yeah guys they rockin hard. Also if you don't know their last album Electric pentagram from this year is nominated for one of the best 20 metal albums for 2020. At the moment Lovebites are the best all female power metal band in the world. Now if you want to see different performance from them just check the songs Rise some hell We the United, Shadowmaker, Thunder vengeance, Break the wall, Hammer of wrath, Dancing with the devil. They are from the same concert Five of kind in Zepp Diversity Tokyo. And another one from Daughters of the down 2019 year the song Epilogue. Enjoy it.

Japanese market caters to uberfans, so every release has 2-3, or 6 versions, instrumental version, live at Xmas version, includes our very first show version, that kind of thing. But yes, in 2.5 yrs they released 40 songs and Wacken dvd makes 4. Battle in the east also 2018 was songs from Awakening Abyss (1st full length, also had two EPS) with deluxe version of clockwork immortality (album 2, pentagram is 3); Daughters of Dawn is 2019, songs from album 2; Five of a Kind is Jan 2020, songs from #3. Next up, 5th live will be release of the livestream of third anniversary performance of Awakening from Abyss. They’re pros, not just screwing around with studio time!

You found an excellent backdrop photo of the Lovebites, ladies. I am guessing it is an earlier photo as I have not seen them wear those outfits on any of the live shows or music videos. Herman Li, from Dragonforce, promotes them and although this is speculation on my part, had 2020 not had this virus thing, they may of well had a promotional tour for Electric Pentagram, which may of taken in some of USA. Remember that Band Maid, became far more popular outside Japan, thanks to KZfaq and them being able to tour, with an early visit to USA.

The Wacken and Bloodstock 2018 shows are really lousy audio quality (shocked at Wacken which is usually the gold standard) so go with the the 2019 or 2020 LIVE shows for a much better experience!!! Guys, would you like to check out newer Wagakki band song "Sun wheel"? Don't give up on them. I can't remember if you did "Ignite". All are on their new label, so no copy right strikes are expected. They also released the full version of "Bring me to life" and the new song with Amy "Sakura rising", just to let you know. But i recommend "Sun wheel" first, for true Wagakki experience.

I heard that this concert was 1 hour and 45 minutes long! That explains completely why the drummer looked like she wasn't really putting effort into it... she's small as heck so she needs to conserve all her stamina so she can last the whole concert. So it's purely that, being highly, highly efficient to be able to pull that off with songs of that intensity. And even then it didn't SOUND like she wasn't hitting them hard enough... it's all about technique. I tip my hat off to her...

I've got a strong feeling that once Covid is over Lovebites are going to blowup BIGTIME, if I'm not mistaking I belive they did say that N. America was next on their list but then Covid hit, so hopefully they pick one of those super tours, as that would probably be best for them to get their name out here, Crosfaith did it with the Warped Tour, and Chthonic did it with Ozzfest.

Saying Asami looked like Mariah Carey is not an accident. She's got an R&B background & Mariah is one of her idols. The other band members have joked about her singing Mariah Carey songs when they have done karaoke together. People might talk about how they don't move around that much live, but let's not forget they're all a bunch of short women wearing high heels while performing (except Haruna back there on the drums in either some flats or sneakers). I'm pretty sure the last thing they want to risk is breaking one of those heels while carrying those guitars.

Wacken concerts are not as good quality. Better find songs from Daughters of the dawn and Zepp Divercity/Five of a kind concerts. Bloodstock concert is just horrible mix. I don't remember which ones you have reacted, but ANY song 2019+ concert is good :) The band is just 3-4 years old, so old ones have poor quality live mix.
