HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!! What do I type...... I'm stunned. Asami is beyond great! I expected to hear the greatest guitar work, and somehow I went beyond that. I've heard this three times focusing on the guitar work, then the drum work, and finally the singing. Forget just the metal, this is one of the top five bands in the world, even with all genres considered, and a total class act! Thanks for this Rant, as I did not know they produced this cover.

This is now my favorite LOVEBITES song. Glory To The World Was my favorite song and video for 2021. I love Miyako and Midori shredding on guitars. Haruna on drums did an amazing job. Miho as always be my favorite Bass player. I wasn't expecting Asami to sound so amazingly great. She is now my favorite metal singer. I always get excited when I hear or watch new LOVEBITES material.

Suspected HARUNA leveled-up some time before they released NAMELESS WARRIOR because her BPM / peddle work is flat-out blistering on that track. Now see where it happened. 🥁⭐🏆

awesome cover asami is great we do not need to compare to rob halford voice. solos perfect. voice perfetc for Lovebites cover Raaaa Haruna destroy everything she is a godess they should cover other song of Judas Priest. Maiden mmmm aces high :)

My God!!... the intro... Haruna's drumming and double paddle kicking as good as Scott Travis.. Miho bassist ... what can i say about her.. Natural Born Headbanger and Metalhead.. good as Ian Hill... Miyako & Midori on guitar... they abilities.. skill.. par with KK Downing & Glenn Tipton... Asami on vocal... of coz we cannot compare with Rob Halford vocal.. but consider with her background.. from R&B.. Soul.. Jazz singer and ex Ballerina... she's getting better and better.. This is superb!! Hell yeahhhhhh!! 🤘🤘🤘🐺🐺🐺

@@reddnizz2231 how is that even possible hh ? These songs are recent. They were released lately in their channel except for painkiller cover it is not in their channel. For nameless warrior it was released after miho had left the band. Most people say that the warrior was an indication to her. Are you sure that miho played in these songs ?? The only logical explanation is that they were filmed a long time ago and their release were delayed (maybe)

Not gonna lie. When I first heard it, I cried. I think its the best cover of this song I’ve ever heard. These ladies never cease to amaze. Asami just gets better and better. I much prefer their version than the original. But in all fairness, I’ve never been the biggest JP fan. I hope these ladies come back faster and harder than ever! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🐺

It's crazy how good this band is. They just murder everything they do, and in so many different styles. "The Crusade" proved they can out-Maiden Maiden, "Eagle" was better than Helloween's original, many of their songs are like Dragonforce but prettier, Break the Wall showed they can do Metallica and Slayer at the same time, and on this they actually went harder than Priest and nailed it. I agree with the commenters here and elsewhere who want to see them try Purple and Sabbath. Why not?

Oh yes, this is Lovebites. It's a cover but still Lovebites very much. Asami once said in an interview that she had experiences as a back chorus singer in various groups and she could sing in any style even like a cute thin high tone anime song. She even tried to adapt herself to metal voice when she joined Lovebites but other members advised her not to. That is how Asami has become a unique metal singer. She changes her vocal tone in many of the Lovebites songs. Go back and check how she sounds on the earlier albums and compare it to some of the newer work. Some songs she sounds significantly different that others. It is quite astonishing that she can do that.

The song I would love to hear Lovebites do is "Child in Time" by Deep Purple. Miyako on the keyboard/organ would be awesome and I'd love to see if Asami could match Gillan's vocals.

It was just awesome .🤘 Asami proved a point or two to some who were not too happy with her vocals. And The trio of M's .....Midori, Miyako and Miho were fabulous as ever. Haruna nailed it .....overall an awesome cover. Glory to Lovebites! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺 Miho! Miho! Miho! 🤘🐺

Thoughts on this? On point.. utterly. Asami realistically brought her own thing with the performance - as you allude to Rob and her are different beasts so that's inevitable. Honestly this song was the one I was always curious about them having a go at, in some fevered dream.. I never imagined that'd actually do it! Maybe if this wasn't on the table then it may be interesting for them to bring their flavour to Rainbow's "Kill the King"?

Asami's vocals on this were BETTER than I expected. She nailed it. However, it was not as good as Halford for sure. But seriously, no one can match Halford's vocals because he could be considered the best there ever was. Midori and Miyako matched the tone perfectly and may have even surpassed Tipton and Downing in ability. That was freaking phenomenal. Haruna also played the best I ever heard her play and Miho was awesome too. This is the best cover of this song I have ever heard.

The funny thing to me was Halford was never really able to recreate the vocal on this song outside the studio. I saw them perform this twice and he was nowhere near the studio version.

As an Asami fanboy, I would say that she lacks the grittiness or punch at the screaming sections after the verses. But other than that I think she did well overall.

The audio quality of this upload is good, but I think it's mono. In Midori and Miyako's solos there is no channel separation.

It's well in stereo (you can hear there are some parts separated) but the solos are not separated (It's identical to the CD version). The guitars are mainly separated when they play live but not necessarily on their studio recordings.

I've not heard this yet so this was a treat. I thought Asami did a fantastic job on the vocals but I smiled at her pronunciation. The word "killer" is an awful one for Japanese people to pronounce. It always comes out sounding like "kirra". Suzuka Nakamoto had exactly the same problem when Babymetal covered this song and she even had Rob Halford to coach her. This is not a criticism you understand. I am certain that Asami's English pronunciation is about five hundred times better than my Japanese!

This to me is an obvious demo and not their best effort after hearing everything else they have done. Not at all a negative remark just saying. I also wish they would do a covers album, would be awsome.

I love LB and the M & M ladies are awesome. However, I offer you Yuki of D_Drive doing Painkiller (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nNVkn6Z8rc7KnZ8.html). My guitar buddy saw this and wanted to ask her to marry him claiming he had finally found the perfect woman (LOL)!!!! Here love the musicianship and Asami is amazing but it is a cover and the original vocals still hold the crown for me. Hey Rio the Ian Hill clone of Mary's Blood is looking for a new band so maybe they are inviting her to apply for the bass position, just a thought!!

Every vocalist have their take and style of their own for sure. For me personally SUMETAL of BABYMETAL did better justice to this evergreen rock song
