I love Stu's interviews - he always asks technical questions that I have wondered about many times - especially about the length of the breath, transitions between poses etc. And Laruga is her usual beautiful and inspiring self. Gorgeous lady.

she is honestly just beautiful and inspring ..she really has insprired me to pursue yoga againn. I used to practice it but gave up because it was too hard. But the way she describes it makes me really feel inspired and excited even, It gives me a real peaceful energy.
