Would downsize the entrance pillar and add a half wall to separate the entrance from the dining room. And change the stonework in the kitchen! Looks gorgeous but would hate to clean it!

Finally finished watching. You did great Nate. Enjoyable tour!! Ok!! I’d make some changes but luv this floor plan. I’d get rid of shelving on each side of fireplace and install BIG WINDOWS on each side!! Get rid of tub in MB & enlarge closet ! Prefer vents in ceiling and prefer functioning windows throughout with screens! Different backsplash and countertops. Lovely home!!

Not a fan of some of the design choices, bit the bones of the house is amazing. Love the layout and the kitchen is amazing with all of those cabinets. Good job Nate.

The living room and bathroom are beautiful. I love the extra room den. My preference would not have the stoneware in the kitchen. It's very hard to clean and keep up on it.😊

Love this home! I like the stonework round the fire place but not much elsewhere. That kitchen is amazing! Dont even need a pantry wirh all those cupboards!and you didn't goof up bad lol. I love watching your videos.

Pillar is kinda weird. But the stonework at the stove? Cleaning? Nope. And kitchen windows HAVE TO OPEN!

Is there a practical solution for the stonework in the kitchen? It looks great, but would be extremely difficult to keep clean. I believe I would have to have some sort of glass installed over it. 😊 Overall, one of the best homes I've seen on your channel!

Stonework would be ok if the living/dining area were bigger but in this case it’s in the way. No pantry is ALWAYS a deal killer. If you can also tell us the size, brand and where we can find these homes would be great! Thanks for the tour. I’m in south central Texas and looking for a specific plan yet websites don’t allow us to filter out specifications and prices so thank you for covering!

Nope. Pillar is just an eyesore. Stonework in kitchen will be a nightmare to keep clean in all of those nooks and crannies. No coat closet or pantry.

My exact thoughts! all I can think of is the caked dust on the stonework and of course that pillar is an absolute no!

If there was a way of putting a door to the outside in the living room and put the house on the property turned around with the living room as the front of the house, you would enjoy it a thousand times better. There is a lot of cabinets in the kitchen including a cabinet pantry area. Thats a plus. I wish the fireplace was real. The pillar should have a bookcase attached to it as a divider, and no stonework. Just a blended bookcase around it, or next to it. No stonework above the stove area...A simple washable tile in all that area. As it is right now, none of it functions well. Thank you.

Not a fan of the pillar or the same texture on backsplash. I cant imagine trying to wipe that down after food splatters from frying! Anyway, nice video Nate!

Hello Nate. Sorry but that brick column will have to go! For a Handicapped person like me that is a big hazard! I'd run into it every time I tried to go around it, I'm kinda clumsy! I don't like it and I'm sorry, but it doesn't look very good to me. I'm sure you won't be the only one who likes it, not will I be the only one who doesn't. Also without that area closed off, there's no place for Grandma's China Cabinet unless I put it in front of the windows - a deal breaker for me right off the bat!

It's nice, but the pillar looks odd and the stone back splash is a no no. And I can imagine the cat hair my cats would rub on the pillar 😂

Like the floorplan but do not like the stone pillar,,it looks out of place!

That pillar has to go! No coat closet? As big as the house is, it should have a foyer.That brick backsplash-no thank you. It also makes the kitchen look too dark. So far the best thing about the house is that the air vents are not in the floor. It’s a nice house, but there are just too many changes that I would have to make to make it work. You did a nice job showing the house.
