@@mikeyplayzwrldIf those 2 meals contain more than 1500 calories all together than its ok,but if its less than 1400 calories thats not enough

@@Dnhsjs Less calories = weight loss So as far as I'm concerned 1200 calories a day hasn't killed me yet and is losing me weight. I think I'll say with 1200.

Adding very simple things like fruits and berries help a lot. They have fiber and the sugar breaks down slower so it keeps you satiated for a longer period of time.

A great option for healthy food is chorizo mixed with scrambled eggs with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and you can eat it with utensils or have it with a whole meal wrap or low carb wrap

I needed to lower my portions. I was fat because I was overeating. When you reach a certain age, it can be challenging to lose weight.

If anyone likes gatorade but doesnt want to drink it because of the sugar. Fill up your water bottle with some cold water, cut open a lemon and squeeze both parts into the water, then get some salt (sea salt is the one i like) and shake it a bit (about a teaspoon or two, however you like). I honestly think it tastes like a lemon flavored gatorade. Its a great substitute for people who like lemon or lemon lime drinks.

Im sorry, but in what universe is protein less calorie dense? Loke, lote of people find ot satuating wnd therefore mjght stop eating sooner, but it doesn't really add much bulk. Most protein sources come with a bunch of fat and little moisture, so theyre actually quite calorie dense.

Yoghurt is very good. Instead of chocolate, how about honey. Low calorie yoghurt that u can find mixed with dried fruit and honey is amazing.

All low calorie: No butter popcorn Jello (even better if it is sugar free, it still will be sweet like candy) Huge salads with smart protein choice like Tuna, (which you can eat more of with less calories)

​@Enchxnted_fnm yeah putting your own fresh fruit in it is better and less sugary than the fruits puree or bits that come in it. I like plain Greek yogurt with berries(super food) and a bit of granola.

Protein is not a lower calorie dense food as this woman has stated. Ya veggies and fruit is but there is not any protein source that fits that definition.

Whatever works for you. For me that doesn't work. I am more satisfied and satiated with a smaller portion of high caloric, rich food than with a bigger portion of low everything
