Lower Abs Workout | 8 Minutes at Home
Hello everyone!
If you wanting to tighten your lower abdominal area this video is a quick and effective 8 minute workout to follow along!
In order to strength your core and abdominal muscles you should include many different exercises such as full body movements, compound lifts and isolating exercises.
The exercises are as follows for 30 seconds of each continually. Once completed one round, a 30 second rest followed by round 2!
Slow leg lower
Reverse crunch
X leg lower
X leg lower
Single leg lower
Single leg lower
Toe taps
Leg opener
Please ensure you adapt this workout to your level as are all different! Simply bend at knee and don’t come down to floor as far to reduce difficulty.
