Her name is Laura Pergolizzi ("LP") - born on Long Island, New York. Her mother (an opera singer...) died from cancer when Laura was in her teens... She's talented on so many levels - composing for other artists as well...

I urge you to react to her cover of (Beyoncé's) Halo. She performs it live and the arrangement has strings and she makes it her own. It will stun you🎶‼️ she has a great body of work you should explore. Great reaction‼️👏👏

Actually, LP is an Italian woman who's parents were both renowned opera singers in Italy. Her mother had passed away from breast cancer. When LP was diagnosed with breast cancer, she immediately got a complete mastectomy. Unwilling to risk her life, she made a wise choice. If you have the opportunity, you should check out her other songs, such as Muddy Waters or her rendition of Halo. She's also a renowned song writer in her own right. She has written for Cher, Beyonce, backstreet boys and many others.
