With the radiator in the back, it's not gonna get any air and cool the water so you're going to have over heating problems, even with the fans. Not to mention, you'll always have fans running in your car and I dont think you wanna listen to that lol

Lol valid point, I'm probably going to put a divide in to separate it from the cab then duct in some air via scoops or something 🤷‍♂️ Idk we'll see if it works or not 😅

Thats a tough one, have you checked out some of the zcar forums? That's probably where I'd start or try sourcing a new or used one 🤷‍♂️ best of luck 🤞

@@likablemichael yeah zsource in az has it for 300 bucks, but if I can rebuild it why now I'm good with electrical work so going to open the switch soon

Question What are you going to do with the diff and axels? I’m doing a 280zx build as well and looking at doing a s13 subframe to add some more versatility for the diff, axels, and suspension in the rear. Swapping a 2jz into it which will be pushing around 700 to the wheels on this project car.

I am going to initially run the stock R200 diff and axles. I believe they will hold up for a while being I'm only shooting for 400hp. If you're going for 700 I'd definitely swap in a S13 subframe and check out a 300zx diff. I believe its a Z32 diff if I'm not mistaken. Sounds like it'll be a sick build though!! Check out Sencity, I believe she is attempting something similar 👌
