@Steve Ker You buggn on every comment posting that LSU top 2 players didnt play the 2nd qrt due to foul trouble Clarke didnt play much defense LSU just the better team 5 players in dbl figures put an NBA stat line Noone on Iowa showed up but Clarke & When she took bad shots it put them in a hole Hopefully Iowa can get a few players that want to play with her for 1 year & they get another shot next year but LSU only going to get better when the recruits come in these are all transfer graduates basically hats off to Mulky

I cannot get over how well LSU shot in this game, especially with threes. Iowa was taking a calculated risk against us with the three-pointers and we took advantage.

I was so fortunate to have been able to attend this live! I recorded it back home from Direct Tv DVR and had it for almost a year. I rewatched this game about 20 times, no lie. 15 of those times were the first month bc it took me that long to come down from that natural high I was on from just being there! Anyway.. it was accidentally DELETED by someone in the house who wasn't familiar w-recording shows and accidentally deleted it while trying to record Bigfoot 🙄🙄 I know it's on KZfaq, but it's just NOT the same 😩😩 I'm so sick over that! This was such a great game & great experience!!

Clark and her team have had a magical run, but it's hard to overcome LSU's rebounding and they just shot the lights out in this game. If Iowa can bring in some secondary scorers and defensive players to help Clark, they should be a contender next season.

SOUTH CAROLINA BEAT THEM ON THE BOARDS BUT THE REFS LET IOWA CAMP IN THE PAINT DEFENSIVELY, PLAYING ILLEGAL DEFENSE. IOWA DID NOT BELONG IN THIS GAME AT ALL. AND CAITLIN IS GARBAGE....NO DEFENSE AND SHE TRAVELS WAY TOO MUCH.

Major props to the Lady Tigers, those girls earned there rings. Absolute masterclass performance by LSU. Shoutout to all the players on both sides tbh, they were all hooping hooping. Lights out shooting on both sides. Clark's been transcendent throughout & rightfully merits most of the fanfare but respect to Angel Reese, she was bullying girls down low all tourney long. And both Carson & Morris had the game of their lives in the final which proved to be the difference maker. Overall a fantastic game & a fantastic tournament. And disregard all the nonsense discourse on "taunting" by Clark or Reese. Who gives af, these gals are fiery, passionate & highly competitive. I love it. Treat them the way y'all treat the men.

@@gokuswanson2037LSU was killing it in the paint, every single time they took a mid range or layup Iowa had no answer to it. Iowa's only shot to even come close was to take 3-pointers to close the every growing gap. Jasmine Carson was incredible on LSU the first half too, 6/6 18-18 is crazy efficiency

Watching caitlin Clark is just another 3 point shooter. They obviously lost because she lacks defense. Score tells it all imo. No offense to her. I just believe she’s too hyped up. Next year will be even more different. Who knows who will come out of the wood works.

I don't watch much Woman's Basketball, but because of a News release that Joe Burrow, Ja Marr Chase and Angel Reese got together, I watched this highlight clip on KZfaq and it was a Spectacular Game. I was on a Cruise heading to Mexico out of Los Angeles. Me and my Brother boarded a Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship named The Navigator Of The Sea in the Port of Los Angeles on Wednesday March 22nd. I was watching March Madness Mens and I did watch Iowa play and I watched a little of LSU. I did keep track on my ESPN APP. This is what a Championship Game is all about. Both Teams were the Best. Either one could have won. LSU first half they were in a Zone and couldn't miss. What an exciting game. I actually enjoyed watching this game. Both teams have some stars that belong in the WNBA several on each team minimum!One more thing; How does the SEC Keep coming up with Championship Winners? Something is special about the SEC, There's no question about it

C. Clark is scary Curry nba good to me. If i was the coach against her or any player as good as her,i would have forced the other iowa players to beat me. C. Barkley even noticed that during the game .Box and 1 ,double team and face guarding.If you noticed in the third or fourth period ,when she was in foul trouble ,everything was difficult for Iowa to score. A 20 point lead for Lsu. The bottom line is that Lsu was just too balanced,in terms of having better scorers.

They never had to look back. The refs already had their backs covered. @nd half, Iowa cuts lead to 7, and watch those ref whistles---and the technical---magically take over. But hey, enjoy that trophy. Your coach cried enough and stomped onto the court (no technical) enough for it. Squeaky wheel gets the refs' grease.

Yes, it did! Womens collegiate BB has some dogs balling right now & w/social media exposure & being able to get endorsements now, it's brought women's BB to another level. LSU has 2 millionaire players and one almost there, bc of NIL deals. They're like little celebrities. The number of viewers LSU & South Carolina bring in are astonishing and have bypassed the men's games. This championship game had more viewers than any championship game in the past, men or women! I'm so happy WBB is finally getting noticed and ppl are seeing how intense & entertaining they are!

Hard to believe this LSU team that was held to 54 points by Miami in the Elite 8 dropped 102 on the team that took down South Carolina. Congrats to Kim Mulkey and the Lady Tigers. It hurts seeing Clark come up short after bouncing back from her tournament performance last year and carrying her squad so far. But we all know she’ll not only be back, she’ll stand as one of the pioneers of the new era in women’s hoops when it’s all said and done. She and the Iowa Hawkeyes deserves their credit as well 👏

I'm really pained, but LSU was the better team tonight. Clark's foul troubles really hurt the team and LSU just dominated the paint. Still a good run by IOWA. If the WNBA could produce this level of play I think I would definitely watch it more.

The WNBA needs more teams. A lot of talent goes undrafted because the lack of spots in the league and women reach the peak of their potential a lot earlier than men do.

Women's basketball in NCAA has dramatically improved and is more enjoyable and fast paced than most men's games. The referees are too much in both, ruining the game. Thx to both teams! DC

Think about what this team accomplished. They had eight on nine players who hadn't played together and yet the pulled an upset to the one team who had just knocked off a number one contender, SC. No one expected LSU to defeat Iowa, but we were hoping they would. YEAH! I guess those Kobe 6 sneakers that Vanessa Bryant sent to the team actually help them to win a championship. Congrats to both teams as history was made today, LSU only had one request, "put some respect on the team and the coach from now on".

Tried to follow the game on ESPN. The announcers only wanted to talk about themselves and what happened when they were growing up and the highlights of their celerity lives. What Egos!!!!
