You might want to make a no go zone around your front tree

I would be interested in seeing an updated video with a new mapping, including no go zones, and a full time lapse if possible! That'd be awesome, thanks for doing these!

Have seen that on other videos. Loses the map if you move the RTK even a foot.

Yeah you're probably going to have occasional GPS reception issues next to your house like that, your house is so tall straight up right there. In a recent update they relaxed the precision standards slightly to help with this except that can cause it to wonder off path a little bit more than before in bad reception areas.

My first time programming my Luba I realized how important mapping is. I got my tuned in now. But not gonna lie was a little frustrating. Love this machine now.

I would be interested in seeing a redo of this video after you have it "tuned". I would be good to see it work multiple times in a row where it works completely unassisted and trims close to all sides of the house without interruption. 2 feet of weed whacking on one side would be way too much additional time/effort. Thanks for demo! Still debating on whether to get one of these.

To Stop Luba from hitting curbs and the house etc. When you do your First Parameter Stay atleast 6 Inche away from the house or what ever it could hit LUBA will Overlap your First Parameter by about 4 inches when it runs.

It doesn’t have to be “in view” of RTK, but it should be able to receive signal. Signal can be a problem along that side of house for other reasons than distance. I’d play with the RTK move higher, maybe on side Rear Corner house. Good tech, but it is new too! Software and tech will improve.

So my house sits center on about a 1/3rd acre lot, with a separate garage. There is no mowing required between the house & garage, but there is lawn to cut on all sides of the two buildings. That means there will Not be "line of sight" between the mower & RTK antenna for half the property no matter where I place the antenna. Whats the story on this ? Does the mower require line of sight operation at all times or can this mower do a backyard w/ the antennae on the opposite side of the the house/garage ?

It has to be inside the actual area to start to mow.

You need to use some greenview on that lawn it will bring it back nice green, it's better Scotts products

It's good to know that so expensive mower is more a toy then something really worth to consider.

Can you set the grass height differently for each zone? I have three different grass types all cut at different heights.

Skeptics beware! This isn't a toy. It is getting the job done well beyond my expectations. This is coming from a once skeptic himself. I am far from a tech nerd. I don't even own a cell phone . All of Justin's issues are self-imposed as he hasn't learned how the process works completely. He will get it down in a few days. Better instructions from Mamotion would be very useful.
