Manila folder model 777-300ER - Wing assembly scaffold/jig

Another update y'all! This isn't exactly the wing itself, but rather the wing assembly jig that I built to help ensure a precise assembly process for the wingbox. I'll need to make (in all likelihood) three of these per wing: one for the top skin, one for the bottom skin, and one for all the additional stuff (slats, flaps, etc).
I'll be starting on the inboard flap test piece in the next week or so, so keep an eye out for updates on that!

I'm a very happy man right now, I'm not sure if you've been working on similar projects these past 4 years but hopefully you haven't lost any of those amazing skills, although judging by what we see here you definitely haven't. Tell me this guy is an engineer, designer, architect, or something ? I mean you just don’t make beautifully accurate models like this without having mechanical engineering aptitude. I mean building the jig is just as impressive.

I've been able to reference some technical documents I've found, but for the most part it's mostly guesswork when it comes to the details. That's partly why it's so difficult and time consuming to come up with the designs.
