Lucy's First Flight Flying Around Summer Storms in a Beechcraft Baron! Come with us as we fly from Fort Lauderdale,Fl to St. Augustine, FL FXE-SGJ, in a Beechcraft Baron and Lucy discovers first hand what it takes to fly in the Florida summer afternoon with storm buildups. She starts out pretty nervous but begins to relax by the end of the flight.

Thanks for this wonderful video! I was reading the comments below and it appears that some folks have been critical about Lucy. In my opinion, she wasn't bored but rather coping with flight anxiety. You can tell her reaction at 31:06 when the pilot said, "little bit of weather." We've all looked out the window of an airplane and have seen towering clouds and closed our eyes for a bit to calm ourselves. Again, great video!

Thank you! She was laughing in the beginning, asking questions throughout the flight. She is only a passenger and not a pilot or student pilot so I don't know what some people expect. The same people should place a camera on their girlfriend for a 2 hour car ride and see how often they appear "excited" lol

My daughter moved to Tampa this year and I flew down there in August (commercial) and spent several days. I was asking her which beach we were visiting and she said "It depends on which one it's raining at." She's correct. There were isolated cells of pretty strong storms every afternoon. It was beautiful to watch and occasionally an inconvenience but she says she loves all the pretty clouds in Florida. Really enjoy the videos and I love all the shots where you're skimming the clouds. Punching through that hole in this one was fun to watch. Great job braving the weather Lucy.

Great video, you are a very able pilot indeed. As someone who cannot afford the cost of flying lessons, I really enjoy videos such as yours. Yes, Lucy is quite attractive and maybe a tad distracting and I confess I found myself watching her a bit more than you but some of the, less than savoury, comments relating to her posted here, were really shocking. She is quiet especially when the cameras are on but you are correct. She watches everything and figured out on her own how to read the distance and ETA data on the GPS. I am not sure she could land yet, but at some point I will make sure she can.

Great VLOG! This is 2nd of your flights I have viewed. I am a little North in Clearwater and fly a M201. Hate to see the rude comments about Lucy. Some pilots get nervous with passengers swiping there hands in front of controls. Rule 1. Keep your hands away from all controls.

Enjoyed the flight! Great job on video setup and audio as well! Of all the comments on Lucy, no one asked how she could not wear her sunglasses?!? I can't imagine a brighter place on earth than a cockpit on a cloudy day!

If you knew anything about flying in weather, you'd see she's probably experiencing a fair amount of anxiety and probably a touch of motion sickness, which is exhausting...made worse with the heat as shown in the video. I'd say she's a trooper who hung in there nicely.

Great flight!! I really enjoyed "flying" with you and Lucy...very pretty lady too...don't pay attention to these that say she's too young...if she acts mature enough (and she seemed to in flight) then I would carry on...my wife is nearly 15 years younger than me and we get along great other than some minor differences with some Filipino customs....take care Lucy and "Baron".....enjoy life folks...!!!

Baron Pilot - You've got the life. Nice airplane. Attractive, bored, couldn't-give-a-shit girl-friend with, I'm sure, lovely curves. I wish you the best, but if you're thinking marriage, man, hire a competent lawyer to draft an iron-clad pre-nup. After the ambition and youthful looks wear-off this woman, she'll likely settle into a professional life consisting of a convenience store clerk.

Lucy Dear, since we are both lawyers, I presume that you know what I mean when I say I am relying upon the evidence in the video to draw early conclusions. You're flying in a great airplane, and you look like you could not care less. Like you're not remotely impressed with the Baron, and you are just waiting for the opportunity to trade boyfriends into a TBM, then Lear, then Gulfstream. Stop complaining. What exactly did you think you were portraying to the world as you touch-up your make-up? I'm sure you've got nice qualities. They don't shine-through here. And for what it's worth, your lack of English skills are not a factor here. Better than my Spanish. From your accent, I guess you are either from Cuba or Venezuela?

Jangle2007 True lawyers do not refer to appearances but to facts and evidence. My makeup is just that makeup that any woman would like to repair. I do not need boyfriends, I just fall in love with one. I did not come to this country to take advantage of anyone, but as they say in my country "every thief judges for his condition". Bye.
