I also do EMDR and it’s amazing and difficult and really worth it. I also do taps on my knees but I’ve had to stop sessions because of other complications. Love you both so much!

This might sound silly but I remember years ago you had this song on your channel that you sung with your friend (David if I remember correctly) and it was a really nice song, I liked it a lot and also it made me feel better somehow at the time. I think it had words like "under my sweater" or something along those lines... Today I suddenly thought about it but couldn't find it here. Is there a chance you can put it back? I'd be very glad!
