Wow! In Ireland we use braille covers over the ballot with holes to mark your preferences! (The reason why is because of the legal case Sinnot v Minister for the Environment) Before that the blind person had to call out their preferences and the staff would vote for them! I had no idea voice technology existed for ballots!
