I love my Lumma! That bogo sale has been going on over a year since I got mine. Lol I am so happy their cups are now available in the US. They have been around for a long time. Just not globally available for a long time. Cups always put pressure on my urethra, only the Kind cup didn't. Then I found these discs, and they are all I use now. Yoga, bike riding, all the things work with these. Thank you for giving an honest review. 💚

So glad to see your review of this disc, Kelli! I love my Lumma cup, and I cut my string off. I’ve been using it for a year and realized it’s been popping out recently, so I will def get a smaller size. Aren’t our bodies amazing?!?! I love that Lumma has so many options, too.

I was just sitting here deciding which color and size lumma to use tonight. For me I'm between small and medium. However, I have a Ziggy and that is HUGE for me and softdisc was good but I am so glad they have multi6 sizes of cups now and I have four of them because of the great offers of small and medium and large bogo free. The small has a much firmer rim and it can hurt me sometimes but luckily it's small. I prefer the medium when I'm more relaxed. They are high quality and I swear by them! They have three sizes and please try them! Also, intimate time is much easier on your period with a cup! It's amazing. The auto dumping is awesome as well! I was so surprised also with the Lumma Disc and these are my favorite aside from my sibelle. 🧡

Bought two after watching some reviews (including this review) and wow!! Game changer! Love it!! I’ve used flex discs before but Lumma is way better. The string allows me to get it out with my cervix sitting up high. With Lumma I actually forget about my period. So happy with Lumma…with this was around 20 years ago!

I LOVE lumma, I got them when they were still shipping to Canada. Sadly now they don't and it makes me so sad because I'd love to get another in the future!!

I really want to try this disc. I have a Nixit that works for the first day or two of my heaviest part of my period but is too big and won’t stay tucked behind my pubic bone for the rest of my period. I just bought the Femme-cycle last month, due to having extremely heavy periods post miscarriage. But this disc I just have to have! Anyone know if the size small would work for a young teen?

I strongly dislike Lumma discs. I have an average to high cervix. The largest size would slip down and leak, and the medium would randomly auto dump on me. The stems were useless to me because my fingers would just slide right off. Also, the material they’re made out of feels cheap. Such a waste of $40. I’m trying the Cora disc right now, and hopefully it works much better.
