I never tried an applicator, but cups just did not work for me. I could never get it to worrk and experienced a lot of pain and discomfort because the cups are just very large and they would leak for me. I am going to try menstrual discs in hopes that can be a reusable option for me! I can recommend reusable-washable pads, though

The cups are a life saver. You just need to really research and have patience. Eventually, it'll get easier and it's less messy than pads and tamps. I feel more confidence with it!

I use this fold in fact its the only one that works for me But it doesn't work with hard cups And it's a little hard to open sometimes So im thinking of switching to the c fold I just think a fold with a one time opening is better than two

I don't really care what you want. I want a video on these products that very openly discusses what it means for that cup to open early. You talk about having nubs to pop the cup open, but you don't ever say how pushing that nub up in the punch-down method reduces the size of the base which can feel like tearing if you don't do it. I want a video that stops treating women as wrong for folding their cups into the c-fold on the way out to reduce that same tearing sensation. It's that flap of skin between vagina and anus. It isn't all that stretchy. It hurts to tear it. A lot.

Okay ladies after trying the diva cup and nearly crying every time it was time to remove it, I bought the intima cup instead and it works soooo much better for us ladies with a higher cervix! I was able to grab the stem and unsuction it all on the toilet in a few seconds with no extra tricks or stress. Highly recommend intima for those who have a hard time grabbing the stem. We are not one size fits all!

Switching to I cup so I won’t have to make an uncomfortable makeshift toilet paper pad when my grandma does buy more pads in-tell days later.😂
