Jesus help me. As a single mother raising two children with autism things are hard on me especially since suffering a heart attack two years ago and my on going battle with lupus I’m overwhelmed. Jesus please give me strength to keep going. I TRUST YOU LORD! I keep faith even as I constantly struggle to provide for my children and as I struggle to pay rent and as I struggle to buy groceries.

If “I don’t look like what I been through” was a person. This episode was so therapeutic. Going through so much and still coming through better than before…woo! Very authentic and therapeutic.😢🎤 Your blessings are boat sinking Neck breaking, mind-blowing, earth shaking …. Look at God! 🙌🏾 ( My favorite song this season ) Great Episode! I loss my only sibling due to Cardiovascular failure at such a young age. The devastation took a toll on my body as well causing me to experience life threatening issues. Talking to someone while feeding on Gods word in the area of healing helped me also. What food is to our body, Gods word is to our spirit. Continue to allow God to use you Crystal 💕

This episode was right on time with your guest MarQuis when speaking about having heart disease. That calcium test is so important to the African American community, as well as changing your lifestyle and what foods we eat. I myself will be having the test done next week because of the hereditary factor on both sides of my family as well as being a woman of color. I hope that people watching we take heed in this episode, and we thank you Crystal for this conversation as well as all of the others....Nothing But God !!

It’s weird because I had not been watching tv or social media but somehow this specific episode made its way through. ❤I love all the information from Mr.Marquis. My son is 19 and just found out he has 49 %ejection infractions heart disease from a hospital stay for 7 days neurologically ICU. We were told it could’ve been from Covid in that past. My son went through so much at young age, hearing loss in 2014 right ear from menieres disease’s, gallbladder polyps at 16 removed. Scoliosis at 17 back problems . My baby started college in UDC Washington DC. Thank you so much for sharing your story. Marquis and Crystal keep doing what you’re doing ❤ that’s my favorite song Look at God I listen to it every day . That’s my to go song ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤since my baby moved to DC and I live in Florida. The tears that filled my eyes when he discussed his relationship with his mother. I’m currently dealing with the process of grieving the relationship and expectations of who I wanted my mother to be. As a Christian myself I’ve been struggling with the idea of forgiveness but after praying I’ve come to the terms of just because I’ve forgiven you doesn’t mean I have to allow access to me again . I literally have let go and let God . Amen !😢

The health message hit home for me. January 20, 2023 I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure @ 62 years old. I was in the hospital for 9 days. I had been healthy my entire life @ 5’3 and 120 lbs. My Ejection Fraction was 15 percent. I learned to slow down and take care of myself. I am still healing but I truly believe “Everything happens for a reason!” I’m to Blessed to be stressed.

Marquis, I’ve learned that sometimes you have to pay people to get out your life. If whatever you loan was worth the loss of your friendship. Then that’s how much your friendship was worth to that person or people. God has and will bless you with way more than you loaned. Continue prayer and healing to you.

Marquis’s story is very relatable. I did not have an emotional connection with my mom due to her addiction. I am still healing and in therapy from childhood trauma in connection with her addiction and absence. My dad stayed the course and has always supported me. My daughter’s bday is 11/30! 😉
