Great video Justin, I am not good with wires and stuff so I think I am going with dock but I love the idea of having clean wall mount tho.

Drill 2 holes one by mistake and like magic it’s installed. What were the Challenges. How do take an Ethernet cable then all the sudden you’ve got power. How do you get power from a cable that is running through a wall. That’s what you turn in for information. Great video and beautiful home. Just weak in installing the mount.

What is the power needed for the PoE splitter? I do not believe my Mikrotik RB3011 switch will provide enough power to charge the iPad

I went from “yay, new video 🤩” to “oh, it’s just 3:33 long 😩” in the speed of light. Totally agree with the comment below: cool, but expensive. Even at a discount it’s nearly the price of my EDP! Must say I’d rather smell lovely. 💛

Hi ! Is there often promotion on that product ? I'm very interested, already saw every wall mount video and every product but this is definetly to expensive. I could affort the price on your video, was it for black friday or something else ? Thanks !

Love the mount but the price is a little high.. I used an old iPad and mounted it. I’m using home kit on it now would love to see if tiles work better. Will tiles work with homebridge or Hoobs?

ActionTiles works with Smartthings and Hubitat Elevation only at the moment.

Does it require the wall mount, and the case? Like $300 & $375 each? I’m good with it just making sure I’m looking at the right parts... also, how are you powering the cat5 in the attic or wherever? Separate device or comes with wall mount?

Looks good. Initially thought good price; three will do. Until I realize that it’s case only. For that price even a dated iPad mini should be included.

I’d love to understand what’s at the other end of the Ethernet? Is it just a power adaptor, or does it need to be plugged into your router?

The other end of the ethernet is plugged into a Power Over Ethernet (POE) box. Costs about $30.

I personally like the large dashboard - there are other iPad wall mounts for less money, but not as versatile.

A mount for $350? Are you high? I'd rather diy a QI charger and magnet mount for fraction of that price, and I would not need the bulky frame around the tablet.
