Luxor has a special place in my heart. It was our first hotel we stayed at when vacationing in Vegas. I would always visit Luxor every time I'm in Vegas

Stayed 4 or 5 times prior to covid…usually the tower one bed room suite it was a really good value back then, your video brought back some wild memories 🤣 One thing about it which was nice is Uber atleast when I stayed would pick you up and drop you off on the north side so you didn't have to walk through the entire property.

ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO GUYS. I HAVE ALWAYS AND STILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE LUXOR AND THE THEME. IT’S ALSO ONE OF MY SON’S VERY FAVORITES SINCE HE WAS A YOUNG CHILD WHEN WE FIRST TOOK HIM TO LAS VEGAS. GREAT, GAMBLING LOCATION, THEME AND FOOD @ THE LUXOR. IT’S AWAY FROM THE MID STRIP WITH ALL THE DRUNKEN LV FOOLS. I’M STILL A 4 QUEENS GUY FOR MY VIDEO POKER AND ROOMS SO I RARELY STAY ON THE STRIP. CAN’T WAIT FOR THE NEXT VIDEO.

Thanks Melissa & Enrique for the tour of Luxor! I have never stayed there, but it looks like it would be a nice place to stay, depending on price. I usually stay at the Flamingo, center strip next to the Linq promenade when I stay on the strip. Anyway Thanks for Sharing the info! 👍 Enjoy watching your videos! 🙂 👍

The last time I stayed at the Luxor was a LONG time ago, but I liked it. I stayed inside the pyramid and it was really nice. As for the rooms, for ME, it's a place to lay my head and sleep, so the decor doesn't mean a lot to me. I LOVED the Blue Man Group show! I'd stay there again.

I have never stayed at Luxor, but I think it's a great budget friendly resort. I love their casino. Unfortunately, at the first of May, half of it was torn up for carpet replacement. I'm looking forward to seeing it the week of Labor Day. Another great job, guys!

Very nice. I always appreciate an honest review. My wife & I stayed at Luxor the 2nd time we ever went to Vegas back in 2003 and I remember having a great experience. 20 years and over a dozen hotels later we decided to go back because we had a great MGM comp offer. Oh boy, our opinion was that it's certainly showing its age. Booked Pyramid King, but was upgraded to a Tower King upon check-in which was nice. However, first night the water stopped working in the tower, so at 2am we switched back to the pyramid room. The inclinators were beat up, banged up, slow & shaky and I think the room furniture was the same as back on 2003 (towels too, lol).. Bottom line opinion - it's not like we would never stay their again, but would rather stay elsewhere with a lesser comp offer & a nicer experience.

Oh man! Nothing worse than switching rooms in the middle of the night. The inclinations are notoriously bad. I imagine they’re a nightmare to maintain!

Love this video! Nice room; this is already considered “refreshed” room as it has all of the Bellagio’s old furniture and fixtures. So imagine how this looked like before 😅 Fan from Toronto ❤

I have stayed there twice, once in the Pyramid and once in the tower. I thoroughly enjoyed it and don't understand the hate it gets. It is the perfect place for when you want a cheap Vegas getaway.

As far as budget hotel/casinos go, Luxor is #1 on the strip. Pros (for the money): -Pool area is fairly nice. Good service, lots of chairs, clean. It was being remodeled when I was there in April. Looks good now. -Food is decent. Pyramid cafe is solid. Public House is good. Lots of options with the Bay and the Castle so close by. -Three Starbucks locations, all close to each other. Never a long wait, even when it's busy. -Good selection of slots, and the casino floor is easy to navigate. -Fantasy is excellent. Go when staying at Luxor and save money. I hear Carrot Top is also excellent. -Easy access to the airport, and easy to get off strip if renting a car. -Comps. Cons: -The elevators. If you can get an elevator that doesn't break, and also reads your key card, you're doing well. Pyramid and towers. -The location. Too much walking, and transportation costs may not be worth the savings by staying at Luxor. But if you're not going north of T-Mobile Arena, you're good.

With Vegas Strip competition for tourists,Locals, and gamblers is tough and Customer Service is everything now. At some point every single employee who knows COVID layoffs discovered how important Customer Service is for their job. I’ve noticed big time and it’s great.

When I used to come for March Madness...id stay at Luxor and go watch the Basketball games all day at Mandalay Bay 🏀🍻

I’ve stayed at Luxor 5x in total but none within the last 12 years… I think it’s a great place to visit while in Vegas. Some of my biggest winnings are from here 🎰 But overall, I think I’ll stick with my dirty castle over Luxor 🏰 Mostly because it’s closer to everything.

A few things I would like to mention....I have FOMO if I'm not staying centre strip (I need my ABC store's) but I go where the COMPS take me. I'm still apprehensive staying so south but Luxor has me both curious and excited...What I'm gathering so far, is Luxor is often overlooked is because of it's location. Lastly Vegas and it's history was built on it's themed hotels...I wish there was more of them.

Luxor’s location is definitely a drawback, but there’s so much walking in Vegas, I don’t really mind. But then again, we are there all the time. If I didn’t go often, I’d prefer to be center strip too

You can tell it's an old hotel. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. There was nail clippings on the night stand and weird curly hairs in the shower when we first arrived. But they happily switched us to a different room in the tower free of charge when we brought it to their attention. Aside from that we had a good stay there.

Slight correction. Play playground is 21 and up from a certain time. During the daytime kids can At night it's 21 and over.

As someone that likes themed hotels I have always personally liked The Luxor from day one I actually witnessed the construction of this property throughout the years from start to finish. I especially like the pyramid design and Egyptian theme of this property. 😎My least favorite part of the property is of course the location. I also agree with most of the rooms now being dated as far as the mismatched decor. Having stated all that I like staying at a more centrally located and nicer properties such as The Cosmo and The Wynn.
