Ever wanted to go tent camping in the winter but also wanted a little luxury and comfort? In this video I show you how I set up my ridiculous luxury winter tent camp with a Mr Heater propane heater and an electric heater powered by a Honda EU2000i generator. It's a lot of work but is really comfortable when it's below freezing outside!

I counted 12-13 times around the tent, getting set up. No wonder you were out of breath!

That tent is a bear to set up, break down, and dry out at home if needed but it's so nice once it's up!

Nice setup ! one thing, I didn’t understand, are you running the electric heater with just that 2000 generator?

Yep, it handles it easily! This year I'll be using a ceramic heater though.

As long as it's under 13 amps or so you should be good!

It keeps it reasonable but I'm going to switch to a ceramic heater. That did better in another tent. Gonna be doing this again in 2 weeks, I'll get some video.

Just those little cube heaters. Has a fan and stuff.

I think so. Maybe I'm just paranoid but I don't like to burn fuel in an enclosed space.

How much gas does the honda generator use all night with that space heater , also can you run a microwave off that little generator too thanks

@@jonny6758 maybe a gallon or so overnight and yes it should run a microwave ok. I use a 5 gallon external tank so I can run it for several days straight no problems.
