The best thing you can do in life is take risks and that’s exactly what Priscilla and her husband did. They decided to start farming dragon fruits even after being told they could not do well in Kenya or Africa.
During their first harvest, they sold a piece for Ksh.1000 and they are so glad they invested in one of the most expensive fruit in the world
On this episode of Inspire Global, Lynn Ngugi walks us through their venture , the farm and the cost of farming this fruit

Lynn this girl is exceptionally gifted and passionate in what she does. Pricillah I affirm you and encourage you to keep moving, higher and higher. Indeed the story is inspiring and how I wish the youth can listen, process and interrogate their conscience to a positive destiny Lynn. Such stories impact and transform minds Lynn. Keep it up girl. We love you aaaaaaall through in your purpose. I ask God to keep holding your hand to the end Lynn. Lynn's fans, these kind of stories should awaken your deep conscience and help you shape your purpose in life ofcourse within your passion. Do not use temporary excitement that these stories bring to also start without thinking through it. To succeed in in any business you must have passion on it.

For cooking oil, canola is not good. Instead, make cold pressed avocado oil, ghee and butter from your farm. You can do some research about this ie healthy oils and fats that don't cause inflammation in the body. Also read on why processed seed oils aren't good. All the best.

Ukoloni mentality. 3. Heaven is here on Earth , let us do more here to be successful and lead sustainable lives because this is the Heaven we know of and are living on at this very minute . When our times comes ,We shall then rest in the Virtual heaven we learned of in the bible And again , instead in sending our children to foreign studies in Canada where they end on the Streets , let us believe in ourselves and invest on Farm education . We have VERY fruitful arable lands across our entire African continent , enough to sustain us all .Come on Africa ! Arise we shine 🙏🙏🙏

I follow Priscilla on Wonderful Heaven orchard farm, and she inspires me greatly. Just last night, I was watching her 10-acre orchard farm and was telling my husband that I would plan to visit this farm when I come to Kenya 🇰🇪. Blessed to have her on your show Lynn and LNN team. That agronomist is mentally held down like Africa is selling their raw materials because they can't think they too can process and refine to sell finished product. For example, they will sell their timber cheap to the developed countries only to buy/ import expensive furniture from them. so glad Priscilla and her husband didn't heed to that agronomist pessimism. Why Africa?

Well how about that? Great to pursue that fruit, for many reasons.1) This is an above ground fruit, (2) making it non-labor intensive, (3) re sale: price is great .Wonderful decision. Too many farmers invest too time and money, in under earth crops", and above ground crops, which are too labor intensive. Imagine the anti-toxins. Great is their reward. Note the prepared project (bore hole water area,) ensuring that the land has the needed water, to keep the plants, alive and her agricultural products, constantly available. Smart woman. We must always understand education is the key to success, period. How absolutely admirable! Go, go lady.
