Yes, a new level of parody is to invite Fabio Lione from Rhapsody of Fire. A band they partially parody. If you don't listen carefully or don't know the language well, it sounds EXACTLY like a typical Rhapsody of Fire. In a good way. Very much references to songs - Rage of the winter, Emerald Sword, Knightrider of Doom, Unholy Warcry, Dargor, Shadowlord of the black mountain (solo).

Next could be Armpits of immortals, you will not be disappointed. Also Vegan Velociraptor. What surprises is the fact that they are also good musicians not just comedians.

The summation of cheeses is them making fun of Power Metal, by the way, especially the bands who take themselves too seriously. And specifically Rhapsody of Fire; the start of the cheeses summation specifically references their song "Emerald Sword". Later they also reference another Rhapsody song, "Unholy Warcry". In fact, the "of steel" in their band name was a direct result of Rhapsody having legal issues concerning the copyrightability of a single word as their name, and tagging "of Fire" to the end of it. That's also why in Nanowar's logo, the addition just canonically looks like it's added in MS Paint in two minutes.

One thing must be clear. It's not the "words" that are offensive, it's the intent of offending that makes something offensive. I can be very mean to somebody calling him "Einstein", while meaning the opposite. I can use "bad" words in a different context, and they become not bad at all, exactly the opposite, you deprive those words of the weight that mean people want them to carry. To anyone reading, I've got a question. What happens in your mind when you read (literally) "He used the N word!" Don't you immediatly translate "The N word" in the censored word somebody's referring to? What the difference if you read "f*ck" instead of "fuck"? Your brain processes the both of them in the exact same way. That's it, no more to rant about :)

Well the thought process that makes most NANOWAR songs consists of the double stunt involving: a) talented imitation of popular Rock and Metal bands' musical styles (technically, these Italians know no limits or boundaries as well), AND b) mirthful rendition of lyrics that contain both puns on the various topics or cliches pertaining to the music and society in general, AND a sharp parody of the thoughtful, or in the case of Epic Fantasy Power Metal here - mindless, lyrics that the said bands and artists are known of employing. The references in this particular song are legion, and I just realized "Madre stagionata nel tiempo" must really mean... something close to "mother stranded in time"!!! :))) Often it helps to have a hunch of foreign languages, ha! Btw, the amount of CHEESE in the current song is immense, again quite in keeping with the style and intent! :)
