五花豬腩肉一斤(600克)- 600g of pork belly
甜梅菜400克 - 400g of sweet preserved vegetables
蒜頭5個 - 5 cloves of garlic
薑30克 - 30g of ginger
糖1茶匙 - 1tsp of sugar
紹興酒1茶匙 - 1tsp of Chinese cooking wine
生抽1茶匙 - 1tsp of light soy sauce
