二砂糖 sugar 1800g
梅子洗淨挑去蒂頭
梅子+糖放入電鍋,開啟保溫功能
中途開蓋攪拌幫助糖融化
大約24小時就完成了
常溫保存(高糖不會壞)
Wash the plums and remove the stems
Put the plums + sugar into the electric pot and turn on the keep warm function
Open the lid halfway and stir to help the sugar melt.
Completed in about 24 hours
Store at room temperature (high sugar will not spoil it)
