🟢食材:
絞肉豬肉 250克
粉絲 2扎(100克)
豆瓣醬 1湯匙
薑、蔥、蒜頭 適量
雞湯 200毫升
糖 1茶匙
生抽 少許
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將粉絲用冷水浸泡♦約15分鐘至剛軟,不要浸泡太久。
2️⃣ 爆香薑和蒜蓉後轉小火,加入1湯匙豆瓣醬炒香,下絞碎豬肉炒香。
3️⃣ 加入粉絲、少許生抽、1茶匙糖和200毫升雞湯煮2分鐘,放入少許蔥花,即可上碟。
♦ oe小貼士:📌浸泡粉絲時不要用熱水,要用冷水浸泡至剛軟身,粉絲才會爽口。
🟢Ingredients:
Minced pork - 250g
Vermicelli (also known as mung bean noodles or glass noodles) - 2 bundles (100g)
Chili bean sauce (doubanjiang) - 1 tbsp
Ginger, spring onions, garlic - as needed
Chicken broth - 200ml
Sugar - 1 tsp
Light soy sauce - a small amount
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Soak the vermicelli in cold water for about 15 minutes until they are just softened. Do not soak them for too long.
2️⃣ Stir-fry the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then turn down the heat and add 1 tablespoon of chili bean sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant and add the minced pork.
3️⃣ Add the vermicelli, some light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 200ml of chicken broth. Cook for 2 minutes, then add some chopped spring onions. Serve.
♦ oe Cooking Tips: 📌Do not soak the vermicelli in hot water. Soak them in cold water until they are just softened. This will make them more refreshing.
