A very comprehensive list. If you want to dive into the weeds of "variants" I would introduce you the not-so-wonderful world of manufacturing hubs and their differing plastics (sarcastic "yay!"). In the first and 2nd year figures were made in one of two hubs: C-3565A or C-3565B. Hub A was the better hub (in my opinion). It had fewer paint app errors, had better texture resolution on the plastic molds, and heavier/sturdier plastic. Even the plastic colors varied. For example, Tomax and Xamot had different hair shades and gloss vs matt on the hair. Version A was lighter and matt and B was darker and gloss. The Alley Viper was dark orange vs light orange. Stalker was also affected in terms of plastic cover variation. In fact, when you mentioned the Viper 3 pack variation, guess which hub was responsible? C-3566B. Check the bottom of the feet to verify :D. This ended during the Zarana and Dusty era where they permanently switched to hub C-3252A. After that I have seen less variants...save the odd arm popping off....*cough* Zarana *cough* ;)

Nicely done. I knew about the beachhead variants (and even recall talks about destro variants w/&w/out a ring), but didn't know about the three 1:13 trooper variants.

Awesome video. Pretty detailed. I learned quite a bit about the different releases. I did notice that a couple of things were missed. The #17 storm shadow has a blue eye variant. Beachhead has a later run eye hazel color. There are several earlier figures that have pegged bottom packaging variations vs the smooth bottom. I haven’t confirmed this yet, but mutt may have a variation with and without a 5 o'clock shadow.

From the TOP 0. Very Well Done Sculpt, should have been all black, but it was an EXCELLENT way to Kick Off the Line. High Hopes. 1. EPIC FAIL. Some Dude named Roadbloack with a Bizarre SciFi weapon. 2. This Dude sells, and all in black. Well Done. Disappointed in Weapons Load Out, this will be a Recurring theme throughout line. 3. Big D is BACK. Looks Great. Just needs a Chrome Head, but that's ok. 4. You can see HasBlow work Hard to NOT give the FANs what they want. Again Scifi weapons. LAME. 5. Another near miss. This will be a Bone of Contention throughout the Majority of this line. 10. Looks good, missing some key points, but weapons are a serious disappointment. WHY? 11. Another Dude masquerading as another Dude pretending to play another Dude. More SciFi Weapons. SMH. 12. Almost there, but just can't give the FANS what they want, crave and DEMAND? Hasblow Why? WHY? 13.Coulda been a Hit, but the cycle? WT.herr was that thing? Definite miscues. Another SAD FAIL. 14. Christmas SShadow. HasBlow likes to Double Down. 9. Yet another close 85% almost there but NOT quite Character. HasBlow STRIKES AGAIN. Told you it's a recurring theme. 7. Never seen these guys before, might as well be the Hand, oh wait, the MLs HAND Figure was closer to this than this guy was. 8. Looks like a reject or red shirt from the First group that went into the Jungle in the Predator 1987 movie. More FAKE weapons. 6b. Almost looks the part, almost. Give em that it is one of the better ones in the series so far. 21. DISASTER EPIC FAIL and EXCLUSIVE so many things wrong, Wrong, WRONG! Awful representation. Forenites was better. 22. Another 85% close to representation. HasBlow STRIKES Yet Again. 4b. Repainted because of FAN Backlash, and thrown out the door, EPIC FAIL in appeasement. 5b. Refer to 4b 1b. Refer to 4b and 5b. More SciFi weapons, a Fake Firearms, wrong colors on 4b. the List of WRONG is LONG. 23. HasBlow likes to tease, but it didn't hit it out of the park. Getting close again. 24.
