@@codypolok5169 That gives me an idea imagine it comes out Sprocket survived the Z-wave some how and had been constantly reinventing himself in different forms and identities like it comes out he's been Deviot, General Venjix, Venjix Virus, and Evox. I mean I can see him needing to hide his identity given the rangers would no doubt hunt him down and he would be making lots of enemies in each incarnation giving him a reason to constantly keep changing. I love that idea because it would not just make him the most evil villain ever in the franchise but it would also make him one of the most long running.

They reused certain suits or parts of suits to kitbash some of the Machine Empire generals. At various points, Saban also reused monster suits from Beetleborgs, but you have to watch some shows very closely to see if you can spot them.

If they had the budget they can do so much more with present day technology. We have 3D printing now, and the ability to make very detailed costumes, with animatronics. See what the Jim Henson company did with Where the Wild Things are, Farscape, and the Labyrinth movie.

Depends. Early SPD, Beast Morphers, and Time Force, yes without question. But... after Doggie, Quantum Ranger, and (i can't remember the other rangers) joined. They don't stand a chance.

@L Sdan is their tech equal or greater than the power that the Zeo rangers had? I thought canonically the zeo powers are the peak of ranger strength? The zeo crystals constantly grew with power and there didn't seem to be a limit.

@@tilltheendoftime-adventure8441 I mean, in terms of strength, Zeo has them all outclassed. However, in terms of foes, the Machine Empire (so far as I'm aware) didn't destroy entire planets. Nor, (in the case of Evox) was nearly successful in conquering the Earth itself. Every Ranger --- past, present, or future --- were created to stop specific threats. So (unless the Machine Empire returns later on) we may never know the true answer to this question.

This would make sense if it wasn't for the fact that every ranger team is stronger than the last team. After zeo there was in space and lost Galaxy the machine empire only got the upper hand till the rangers got the zeo crystals which king mondo lost to daily anything after zeo would crap all over king mondo and his miserable machines.

it was about in universe lore, so i don't think their ignoring it. It is an intresting fact though. I did not watch Beetleborgs so i did not know til i saw a review a few years back.

But it is intresting to think that if they wearen't counted as diffrend universes that the red Power Rangers beat up probably brainwashed innocent childrend and killed them. Or maby that those could have been the origins of the Beatleborgs technology. They wearen't destroyed but rather turned to energy tapping into the morphyng grid so that in another timeline the Beatleborgs are born instead of the Power Rangers.

@@davidmartin5483 first part- thats very true and very dark. Honestly thats the sorta twist i would like in most showes. Still the comics can be quite brutal themselfs. Like Lord drakken or the pink ranger who had the grave zord, made up of various zords she destroyed. Both likely/did kill rangers who are usually teens The 2ed would also be intresting and could of set up a crossover with the power rangers wondering about the morphin usage on the grid

They did originally - MMPR through to Space was a continuation of an overall story - things have to change though, can’t just keep the same characters etc for ever
