Macho Man was the heel that we all rooted for. There was nothing to dislike about this Great Wrestler and Man. The most unique ever.

His intensity is unmatched. It's like he's about 2 seconds from punching out everyone in the studio, the host, the guests, the audience, the camera men...

Macho had his signature and unique way of talking that cannot be duplicated. I love when he goes "Ohhh Yeahhhh!!!!". R.I.P, great man! We miss you so much!!

When he goes "uhhhhhhh huh!" Is something that can never be recreated.

lampini That's right. He was a very funny character.

It can be duplicated, but you will never be the originator ;)

the way arsenio plays off of macho is great.

I love how he darts his head around like he's suspicious of everything around him. This guy was larger than life and he's one of the greatest guys to come out of pro wrestling.

Dude was truly one of a kind. I almost fell out of my chair the way he said "only one person likes Hulk Hogan." Too much.

I can honestly say that Macho Man was one of the few people throughout my 28 years that just absolutely, completely fascinated me. One of my biggest childhood idols. RIP Randy, the world isn't as crazy (not in a good way) without you.

If there is a wrestler's heaven, Macho must be the greeter at the gate. R.I.P. to the most entertaining wrestler of them all....ooooooohhhhh yeah....

My stomach hurts from laughing out loud during this. What a personality! To me, he's everything a wrestler should be... but never to be duplicated again.

Wow, Macho Man is one of the greatest characters EVER in Professional Wrestling. Vinny Mac was smart enough to let Randy be himself on camera. Props to Arsenio for having Professional Wrestlers on his show. I miss the days when Wrestlers didn't break character during interviews with media outside of Wrestling.

This is what charisma looks like, folks. When you can wear something like that, talk about the kinda things he's talking about, and still have people clinging to your every word, that's what makes the Macho Man a legend OoOoOoOoOhhhhh Yeeeeeaaaaaah!

This guy is awesome. I am using the present tense because even though he is no longer with us his presence still is. I agree that he should have been in the H.O.F. I am hoping that error gets corrected next year. R.I.P.

He was such a unique character! I still like to imitate his line as Bone Saw in Spider Man; "Hey Freshshow! You're going *no*where." That line comes in handy a lot at work.

Macho-man was just as awesome outside of the ring as he was in it. Every interview I've seen him do is just loaded with laughs and witty one-liners. As much as I feel Ric Flair and Piper cut some of the most amazing promos ever seen... Their PR skills didn't hold on other shows. MM just owns the entire set of the Arseno Hall show! R.I.P RP

arsenio hall of fame In late 1987 WWF storylines, Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan had formed a hyperbolic union of ego, body and soul called the Mega Powers: Macho Madness and Hulkamania coming together to overcome all odds. Though I had partially outgrown my affection for wrestling, Randy Savage’s mid-1988 WWF title win and highly enchanting interactions with Hulk Hogan set things up for a dive right into celluloid altitudes and sugary excitement, glancing at glossy photos of Hogan and Savage at the corner store while loading up on overprocessed supplies. One night Andrew carried his black-and-white television set over so we could watch the three-hour VHS of Wrestlemania IV, which I had rented. from savage 1986 2011 published by anvil press oh yeah savageanovel.tumblr.com
