I used to be a power plant electrician, and the Hi-Reach made life much safer. Just remember to wear your harness, inspect the machine before use, watch your surroundings, plan your moves, and have ground support.

Here, we have things called "zoning laws" that cover what you can and can't do with your property. Some places have "homeowners' associations", or HOAs, and they control what you can and can't do with your property.

Quite disappointed :( you chose to sway away from the Sirio SY-4 in lieu of Mako. After having proclaimed the SY-4 was superior; with no explanation, herein!

Well... I like the Sirio, I believe it to be a better antenna, spec wise . But the mMaco is a stronger built antenna, so that's why I like it better. I'm going to build the Sirio 4 element beam using stronger parts and put it up just to see how it does. Right now I am talking on the Maco 4 element beam, I talk all over the US, but If the Sirio was built as strong as the Maco, I would still be talking on it. And when I rebuild it, I'll probably use a Maco 5 kw gamma match.
