I'd have preferred Orks just seeing larger marines and just deciding they needed bigger orks. Orks could be terrifying if they ever just started to believe they could be Primarchs. Maybe that's how the universe is saved from when the nids finally get here, a rogue inquisitor or a necron just convincing orks to believe they are Krorks Though I do like the idea that the Doc just starts taking organs out of a Primaris and sticking them in an ork just presuming he's grabbed the right bit as an ork walks off getting bigger with nothing more than a pancreas shoved into his thigh.

Orks grow constantly. Just make their bosses stronger/tougher and introduce some elite often Orks in mega armor. Not everything needs to be about Primaris.

It must be gutting to fight orks, the imperium spends years fighting and upgrading tech and we can't produce most of the most powerful vehicles anymore and orks essentially fightsomethin and learn to make there own version

I'd prefer that the orks don't go down the use of primaris gene seed. Firstly, orks keep growing in size the more they fight and live longer. The orks don't need space marine enhancement as the emperor created the marines in order to fight the greenskins. They were already "ded 'ard" way before the Horus Heresy.

Primorkz is a possibility, but I'm thinking more about how grotsnik would make a stitch-boy titan the size of the ol' krorks

Releasing the Primaris marines may just have started a biotechnological armsrace - with the Orks. While most of those "new" organs are nothing new - being based on the Primarch Organs - the exposure of the Ork race to examples has drastically increased. At the very least, I expect future orks to grow to meet the new Primaris challenge.

Someone told me a krork is close to the size of a zeon zaku, no idea if that is close to a warhound or not but even if its smaller then a warhound titan it would still be an insanely dangerous greenskin

I wouldn't be surprised if the original Immortis gland was created as a human equivalent of a gland present in Krorks but lost in Orks. While noting the difference the gland makes between the two species variants the Emperor could have pushed for its creation in his Primarchs. In fact, I would find it incredibly fascinating if the sintarius lobe was actually the part that unlocked genetic memories and was present in modern day Orks. That would explain why each of the Primarchs had different roles to play in the Emperor's Grand Plan and how they would fulfill those roles, a bonus layer of genetic material likely activated and moderated via subconscious psychic interaction which explains why Oddboyz get smarter when the Waaaagh gets bigger. More psychic potential flowing through the area, more stimulation of the gland, more knowledge unlocked.

I started building a kill team that morphed in to a “small” (well originally) Ork army around a story my little sister was writing that is more or less the wizard of oz but with a rag-tag group of Warboss, Odd boyz and a pet Squig lost on a strange planet after being zapped there by a warp storm and trying to find the Kork of Waaaagh! So they could get back to stompin all the other creatures. When they found him it turned out it was just 3 grots in a box with a looted Warhound Titan painted to look like a giant greyish ork.

Did GW forgot its own story with the Orks and Tyranid Swarmfleet? The one, where the Deathwatch (Or was it someone else?) led a WHOLE Swarmfleet right into the BIGGEST Ork territory, that was about to launch a frikkn Waaagh, to let them kill eachother and give the imperial space forces some time to prepare for the victor. But as the battle continues, the imperials realised, how both sides grew stronger and stronger from this ongoing conflict and fearing how this will end and who will emerge victorious, because that would cause a whole lotta problems for the Empire to handle.

Fab Bill is no mad scientist but a visionary genius who deserves more respect in my humble opinion

You know, I'm relatively new to WH40k, been listening to it (I would say) for 2(3?) years now (Not a role player, but I do enjoy just the lore) and the idea of a Mad Scientist Ork trying to unlock the most complex type of Astartes to date (possibly putting Ork Brains into Super Human Soldiers) is hilarious.

Looks like the Orks are also interested in making Primaris Orks. The galaxy is not ready for such event.
