@@TheGwopboyzprodigy actually, Aizen doesn't use "illusions". Death Battle at least got this wrong. His "perfect hypnosis" literally controls any and all senses of those under it's control. Even if someone is aware they're under his hypnosis, that doesn't make it so you can break out of it. Another thing they got wrong is the hogyoku didn't abandon him. He is literally immortal and incapable of dying.

And Popeye was still standing there, COMPLETELY UNFAZED, and basically said: “I’m K ‘cuz I eats my spinach.” The only things Saitama might have going for him are speed and possibly experience. But Popeye is so tough that speed is only going to annoy him at best. Not to mention Saitama is way too used to one-shoting everything. By the time Saitama realizes he should be taking the fight seriously, Popeye will have already killed them.
