i love the symbolism on her videos! like she’s in her car, which absolutely represents that she’s running us over with some of her subjects. slay, girl! put in reverse and kill me again

It's not my place to tell you how to feel or think but maybe your abandonment issues might've something to do with your dad. The relationship he might've had with you and your mother could've contributed to these abandonment issues you talk about. Don't believe much in past lives, I don't think you were destined to have these adandonment issues due to your past life.

Feel like the main reason this podcast hasn’t blown up more is bc the people that can relate the most don’t have friends to share it with

friend breakups are the absolute fucking worst, a close friend knows you in such a unique way it cuts deep when you lose them even if its for the best.

Monogamy just makes sense because when you have a partner your intimacy is much more than with your friends, it’s special and deeper. And it’s because it’s so special that you don’t want your partner to have that with someone else. It’s perfectly normal to want that to stay just between you two it’s what makes relationships special and unique, to not share the same intimacy with someone else besides your partner. Ofc I think some people are ok with it but I think you’re simply not built that way

these podcasts are so good for me. just sweet little reminders that maturity brings clarity but maturity cannot be forced and my solidarity is power

Started on tiktok and now I'm here the amount of one liners Madeline comes up with lmao and her conscious stream of divergences within 1 topic is hilarious. She should be a tour guide.

this is why being friends with a partner is so much better than just going in as strangers

I don’t even think jealousy in relationships is societal conditioning but rather we go into relationships knowing it’s fragility. Anything can set a person off to the point of ending it which is more rare in friendships so when a friend has other friends you’re less threatened of that person leaving than a significant other having another interest cause the quality of that love is different (someone can be a good friend to so many people but tend to half ass multiple relationships ) and also it’s so much easier to find multiple friends then multiple romantic interests of the same quality. I almost think jealousy is the “trauma” (even if it’s not that bad) or anxiety of knowing how shallow a romantic relationship can really be.I think people underestimate how much human behaviour and human reaction will shape our societal rules

the pace you talk at is perfect! usually i’d never watch videos of people just talking because i can’t concentrate that long but with your videos i can very well

It's awesome to see how your brain works, all those instant asides and by the ways, and 'should I say this, yeah I really should'. It's all so great, personal and relatable. And very important indeed. Happy New Year!
