i saw a difference in a week and i’ve been doing it for 2 months and bro my arms have slimmed down so so much. YOU WONT REGRET IT. DO IT EVEN IF ITS WITH 3 POUNDS WEIGHTS

Jessica Interian i do them everyday (except sunday bc it’s my rest day) and i always do it in the beginning of my workout bc i’m not tired and tend to do better especially with weights.

Im screaming everytime i did it. Compared to middle split, hand stand this is the hardest exercise for me. My arm so weak. I hope it get better soon

did 20 mins cardio, 20 mins pilates and then this. spent the whole time staring at a packet of crisps on my bedside table. happy to announce that i shall now be eating these crisps in victory.

I’ve been doing this work-out for about 4 times a week for 2 weeks, sometimes doing a different arm workout of hers and pairing it with abs and or legs. And I can already see a difference. I feel so much stronger and can already do about 4 push-ups which isn’t great, but I couldn’t even do any 2 weeks ago! So definitely a lot of improvement, thank you Maddie for making these workouts.

Workout: 30 sec punches with dumbbells 30 sec arm circles out to side no weight 1 min tricep dips no weight 1 min push-up no weight 1 min arm lift one out to the side and one in front with dumbbells 1 min bicep curls 1 min butterfly raises 1 min shoulder raises 1 min tricep pushups 1 min pushups 30 sec punches 30 sec arm circles

A year ago I started watching these videos because I wanted to lose weight and I hated my body. Now, I go to the gym regularly and weightlifting everyday and I found a passion for fitness! 10/10 watching your videos was the best decision I made.

I am so thrilled to find your stuff! At 73 I am reasonably fit, but due entirely to being outdoors, walking, swimming and running a little. I used go to the gym until I couldn't afford it any longer. So, now, with lockdown, I've been looking for exercises for "seniors," and OMG they all seem to assume that we can't even stand up! With respect to those who cannot, I needed something more interesting and challenging....then I found you! I can't do everything you do, but I can do enough, and I am really chuffed!! Thank you!

I’m a 16 yr old 6’2ft and 135lbs guy and this workout was challenging but amazing. I only had 10lbs weights 💀 so I was struggling but I made it. Can wait to see how my body changes throughout the next 30 days of me doing this along with some other workouts! I’ll update y’all, just y’all remind me 💪🏾

How are you that tall and that weight that’s crazy. I’m so disgusted in myself. I’m 5’0 female I weight 147. Last time I lost weight my “heaviest” was 135. I’ve been stuck at 145-147 for months..

@@alexischarest378 Hey girl! I was in the same predicament as you. I had been 5’2 back in June of ‘22, and I weighed 154. I decided to start a calorie deficit and it eventually brought me down to 145! I had also been stuck there for a while, and I later learned that I needed to cut back on/remove my intake of carbs and sugar. I had been allowing myself to still eat foods high in that because at the end of the day I believed I’d be burning more calories than I consumed. That was not a healthy decision-I continued to add to the fat distribution in my body even while burning it. As of today I only snack on sweets 1-3 times a week. I also switched to only drinking water. Now, almost a year later (March ‘23), without having gone to the gym-and just now starting workouts, I’m 5’3 at 131 lbs! Diet really can make an impact on your weight, but if you want to build muscle or get toned, workouts will do you justice. I’m finally beginning my workout journey in hopes I can get toned. I wish you luck with yours!

this is the ONLY arm workout I've done on youtube that has ACTUALLY targeted my triceps. all the other ones say they do, but I only feel it in my biceps. this one gets me every time and my arms are already looking amazing!! thank you ❤❤❤

I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks and I already feel stronger! I've always had weak arms, I couldn't even do 5 push-ups. But now I can finally follow along! Tricep dips are still giving me issues, so I have to stop after about 25 seconds cause my arms collapse. lol But I'm getting there!

I did this workout for around 15 days and i started seeing amazing results, my grandma arms were not that flabby anymore nd i could feel my triceps, but i dont knw why did i stop doing this workout and started chloe tings 12 min arm workout and trust me nothing happened. I have come back again to continue this workout and i hope i dont ruin my progress this time.

That was SUPER! No exercise was overwhelming but at the end, my arms were so shaky, I could barely type this. Look forward to doing this often and getting strong. (Your other quick but effective classes were so great, I'm addicted.) Thanks for creating these workouts geared for little equipment or space.

I haven't done any sort of strength training for at LEAST a year and a half, and let me just tell you that I am already nervous about tomorrow! I’m actually pretty proud of myself for being able to complete this with no difficulty in my arms were sore and they afterwards but I didn’t have to take a break or anything and that’s coming from someone who literally could not do most things without getting short of breath I’ve come a long way by the grace of God

Just finished this session after insanity. I'm gonna add this to my routine 3x a week. Week 1 (Day 1) arms: 14.25" I've a lot of arm fat atm so I'm really looking forward to the changes!! Will keep yall updated

You cannot target fat anywhere on the body specifically. Resort to intermittent fasting and stop eating carbs and do cardio - run 3 miles each day. You will see results! Good Luck!

Hey. Today I decided to get stronger arms. I have noodle arms. So I will be doing this once in 2 days. I'll update, I promise! Day1: I completed all the workout but I cant do any pushups because I have no muscles:( I feel like my arms are gonna hurt so much tomorrow. Day2: As I predicted it hurts but I am happy because thats how I will get results. By the way today isnt my arm day. So see you tomorrow! Day3: I finished it. Pushups are still difficult for me. I cant pull myself without laying on the floor first hahah. But I believe that it will get better soon. Day4: Rest day Day5: My form was a little bit better. Am I the only one who thinks arm is the most difficult body part to gain muscles? BUT I will keep training. Btw today I workout with1kg instead of 0.5 kg for the first time. Dont forget to stay motivated! Day6: Rest day Day7: During the slow pushups I was able to stay 1 more second. That's good news. Other than that everything was the same. Have a good they y'all! Day8: Rest Day Day9: I’m not feeling well, mentally, to workout. Tomorrow I will continue! Day10: I completed! This was my 5th time doing it. I can say that my form is getting better every time. I feel I'm getting stronger.

* i'll keep updating every time i do this ( i dont do it everyday btw, i do other workouts too ) day 1- struggled doing this day 2 - still struggling ( a bit less ) i had difficulties with the floor exercises day 3 - my form is getting better, still had difficulties with the floor exercises day 4 - felt way easier + i was so close to doing my first ever pushup day 5 - just finished it !! + im fasting and im feeling so good = my arms feel a stronger

Love this workout. I already lift weights and have strong, toned arms but need more ideas to get my arms more sculpted and this 10-minute workout is just what I was looking for. Hello. SO glad I found your 10 minutes work out. This works out for me perfectly!! I can currently use 3 lbs dumbbells. Later I can gradually add weight. I have neck issues so I am slowly doing your whole routine. I stop periodically but continue when I can. I hope in about a month a can complete the whole process for the push ups.

Day 1: was honestly fun. Near the end I was losing it when doing the circles (those are the most burning on the arms🕊). In love with how you just tell us to keep going. Today is my first day using weights. I’m trying my best to get into shape for track season! It was a lot harder since I only have 8 pound weights but I’m sure it will be good on the long run! Day 2: really good session! I already feel like I’m getting stronger. Doing the punches wasnt as hard today. Those circles still kill me at the end but I got through it!‼️

Great 10-min workout for the arms! Nicely done. I’m over 50 and may need to use 3 lb weights on a couple of the moves, but otherwise the 5 lb weights and my own body weight is very sufficient. Love how quickly you can do this as well. Thank you.

Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. kzfaq.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.
