Being indicted should supercede being a presidential candidate. You don't get a pass for bring a criminal just b/c you're running for POTUS. You shouldn't be garnering any special treatment b/c of a candidacy. bring a criminal while running for POTUS is something that should disqualify a person. I disagree with Talking Heads that say exceptions have to be made because Trump is the front runner for the Republican nomination. Constitutional scholars, lawyers, and judges are saying that the Constitution automatically disqualifies Trump from running for office in the 14th Amendment Section 3. People like Laurence Tribe, Judge Luttig, and the Federalist Society have put out information explaining why this is true. Trump's co-conspirators in Congress need to be disqualified as well. If the Secretaries of State, whose job it is to make sure the candidates are qualified, put disqualified names on our ballots, they are not following the Constitution.
