Let me explain the name of song. Maghar in Punjabi means part of a person’s back just below rear shoulder. We find people saying I have pain in my maghars, so I need a massage. Or “me us k maghar ja rha hun” means I’m just following him while going somewhere. That’s the part of body which people use while carrying load or burden specially while doing some laborious work. When they take the burden off their “maghar”, they feel good and relieved. This fact is used as metaphor in Punjabi. You get relief and feel good when you take some kind of burden off from your back. Maghron La means that I have put aside my burden and now I feel good. As maghar means back, another meaning we draw from it is that I have put my grief, sorrows, and disputes on my back, in the past so that I can be happy.

Gone are the days where coke studio folks were standing and singing.. there was literally no visual appeal. Also those visuals add to the song when you have nothing in front of you just the song.. it lets you imagine the scene and I love it ❤

Now im wondering if there's going to be any big names featured this season. Not that I haven't loved the artists showcased so far. I just wonder if that's the reason they didn't do the "featured artists" teaser this year. But that could also be because they're teasing each song separately, which is a new thing and has been very successful at creating a lot of suspense. I've also been seeing random Instagram posts with pictures of various billboards across Pakistan teasing new songs. Saw one recently of a man and woman singing in the rain. 😲 Honestly, the suspense is killing me. Ps...wonderful reaction as always girls, your happiness is infectious.
