The problem is, because you are tasting something sweet, you will continue to crave sweet foods/drinks. If you run out of magic berries, you are at risk of eating/drinking something high in sugar. The only way to kick your addiction to sweet foods is to gradually wean yourself off them. After some time you will realize that you don't need them and are just as happy without them in your life.

I love your videos man! Hilarous and at the same time very informative and definitely no-nonsense stuff. Since I've watched your VivoBarefoot review (as i am in deep search of vivo reviews), and discovered that you do calisthenics videos, I immediately became a big fan of yours! Many more aspects of your life that I aspire to follow: plant based diet, frugal lifestyle, yoga, having a hot friend that does yoga, etc. You're my idol man! Loving you dude #noHomoSrsly P.S. You look a lot like my brother's Polish boyfriend lol

What if you eat something sweet? Will it become sweeter or will it stay the same?

I'm happy that I don't have craving for sugar specifically. Makes things a whole lot simpler. I do crave caloric dense foods when I don't eat enough in a day or the day before, but that's a given.

That's pretty interesting! IIRC Kurzgesagt did a video on why we crave stuff and I remember it saying that it's actually the gut bacteria that makes us want or "crave" sweet stuff. Like there is definitely a psychological aspect but the more we cater to the craving the more we literally are made to crave sugar by the "sweet" gut bacteria overpowering the request of the others.
@TrainingPal
@TrainingPal 5 жыл бұрын
That is interesting. So maybe you could easily change gut bacteria using these berries.

I have a question: if i try to gain muscle, how many times should i make the same exercise in a week? i train 3-4 times a week, each full body. i know too much of the same exercise slows progress. so how much diffrent exercises should i have? can i for example make pullups every second training and, or is this already too much repetition?

Looks like Synsepalum dulcificum aka "miracle fruit" from West Africa. Just don't damage your teeth/esophagus with all that acid. Consider diluting the lemons or chasing with water. Oh, and I'd bet apple cider vinegar tastes vinegary because the volatile acetic acid still reaches your nose (thus the coughing as well).

I mean this constructively, because you have decent content and I've enjoyed your videos. But the video thumbnails showing you mugging for the camera with an exaggerated expression on your face really detracts from your channel. But so many other channels do the same thing, so I'm probably in the minority on this.

Definitely magical how the taste buds got tricked here. But, what about the digestive system? They weren't tricked one bit. I'm no health expert, but this modern trend of abstaining from sugar is overrated. A simple solution to sugar craving is eating wholesome fruits like banana etc. Give body what it desires but don't go overboard, everything's about the balance...

Slight bro science here but; greens provide vitamins and minerals in a form that your body can absorb much better than pills or dietary aids. Your body breaks these down and uses them better than any other form. Healthy whole food sourced carbs provide awesome foundations for our cells to replicate and continue making energy. Fiber aids digestion though it has no chloric benefit.
