@@WatchThatFast It's cause he's playing Goblins and on top of that the deck looks to be totally foiled out. ( i for one don't really care for foiled cards) and when you foil out a goblins deck....it means love... commitment.....dedication and most importantly it's cause Goblins!

I played with him at my LGS a while back. The man is an absolute beast at any format and is strongest in Legacy with Goblins. The amount of times I saw him just eat a Miracles player alive while calling out every card in their hand was priceless.

The one drop slots are for the mana accelerants in the deck: aether vial, lackey, prospector. Though goblin guide can be lots of damage for 1 mana, these other cards fit the deck better for the journey through Legacy

Honestly I would sideboard spellskite in the goblin deck like a savage vial it in pay two life save your goblins from swords or any removal You could protect yourself from burn

@@onizuka132 "skill intensive" LOL All control decks do is "draw, land, go" and then draw/counter/remove until the opponent is bored to death. If that requires skill I'm Barack Obama
