PPD ... apply progesterone cream and eat a carnivore diet ... lots of red meat and liver. Cut out the grains and vegetables. Baby has sapped your resources, so you need to top-up with real nutrients, not empty carbohydrates!

I feel that another costs to be considered are the furniture and the appliances, because even though you’ll buy them slowly, they will cost you monthly (either buying or saving for them). Ps: I cried my eyes out watching 25 21 hahahah even though the ending was sad, I think it is a meaningful story with a beautiful message. Totally would recommend for someone to watch!

I suggest if you really are in a tight budget plus living alone and u wanted to buy fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, and eggs, just go to the nearest wet market in your area if you have time, the prices there are really affordable. 💗
