A Filipino feast is never complete without maja blanca! This milky corn pudding is a classic kakanin enjoyed by Filipinos of all ages. Even toddlers can’t get enough of this sweet treat. This one’s a quick and easy recipe that you can easily recreate at home and serve as merienda or dessert. Enjoy! Let’s start cooking #SimpolMajaBlanca!
INGREDIENTS
4 cups coconut milk
1 cup whole kernel corns
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup coconut milk, for latik topping

Greetings from NY, Chef Tatung. I have to say this is the best Maja Blanca recipe. It turned out soft even after refrigeration because 1/4 cup of cornstarch is just right. Thank you. I subscribed.
