Strained Pulp can also be used as a filler added to your homemade blueberry pie filling or dehydrate it and add it to shakes/smoothies etc.

You put the water and blueberries through a bullet and liquefy before putting it in the pot with the sugar?

That's what I do but with a Vitamix. No need for straining.

So no pectin for the syrup? I guess that would be jelly

Lol you're right that would make it jam :) there is a separate video if you'd like for that. Which is actually even better tasting (in my opinion), because it has hints of cinnamon. And in reality, you could use it that same as this! This recipe is just super super easy.
