Not sure if you can help me here. Been struggling to spend any of it because it says I must e-mail my proof of address and ID to prove my identity which I did 2 weeks ago but been going back and forth with the agent who picked up my query as she tells me to go to the Self-Service portal and update my address which was already updated. And at first, I thought I must upload the documents there but I don't see anywhere to upload them. You have any idea, I thought it would be a simple e-mail and then I can start spending?

I'm sorry you are facing these challenges. I also had to email my ID and Proof Of Address before I could withdraw. But once I did that - I've been sorted since. Perhaps rather call them, so that you don't have to go through that agent that's clearly not helping you. The number for the rewards department is 0860 700 800

You do not have to be a member. If you're running into any issues, email or call Old Mutual Rewards and they'll sort it out for you.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I logged in to remind myself where to go for it, and now I see that Old Mutual has changed their rules on this. You no longer get points for inviting people who aren't already Old Mutual customers. So anyone signing up these days has lost out on that opportunity.

You do not need an Old Mutual account. You just won't be able to withdraw your points as cash without one. However, you can still use your points across all the other available vouchers - as good as cash.

Hey Danisile. I'm not sure about the surveys, as I didn't do that section personally. For assessments, I haven't seen any new ones added since I joined a few months ago. I know that you can redo (and make money from) the Moneyversity section once a year. Another way to make some money from this, is to scroll to the bottom and use" refer a friend". For every friend that successfully signs up with your referral code, you get R20 each time. (Up to 100 times - so R2 000 can be made just from that).

Do you have an Old Mutual Money Account? That's the only way to withdraw in cash. Otherwise, you can make use of the vouchers to use at a range of stores.

Hey Palesa. Once you have signed up to Old Mutual Rewards and want to share your own promo code - Go to the "earn more points" section on your dashboard - Scroll to the bottom and select "refer a friend" - From here you can invite people to join up - You can send one to yourself to know what your own promo code is.
