pretty cool. i wish there was a way to resynthesize into 2 oscillators at once to let it keep the stereo width, but i could imagine how to use a single oscillator to add width to an existing mono patch as well

@@UndulaeMusic the big brain shit is to code up a plugin that takes your wavetables and uses timbre synthesis to transfer it to your mic and just play a kazoo

I haven’t gotten into making serum wavetables, but I vaguely remember a video where Virtual Riot tried to load vital wavetables into serum and they got kinda messed up in a cool way. I’ll have to look into it.

I was recently watching this au5 video which includes a method of building wavetables from an audio input into Serum FX: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jMCXhaeJ3p-qZYk.htmlsi=TjKrNkihFI7WQECJ This should allow you to use any audio whatsoever to create clean Serum wavetables.
