How many days was this shoot spread over? I'm guessing a week at least and a ton of prep. Almost every shot was magic hour. Bravo !! Excellent job.

This was shot over the stretch of a year and a half. The owner is the architect / builder and when I started it was almost finished but not 100%. I would film a week, edit, then he had notes, then come back 6 months later and do pickups of the news stuff. This home is actually seen here, an earlier cut of the video with different music. Fun fact, after we released an earlier cut of the video , both Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk booked a tour. That might be the most amazing acclaim I have. Musk, has seen my work. Bro they should have given you 2% of the sales price for this edit, absolutely phenomenal on every level from the soundtrack, to the angles, the natural lighting and times of day, and the color grade. This is my favorite modern home I've seen to date, it has artistic flare and engineering marvel, while steel feeling warm and homey with the rich use of wood and colored stone, instead of a cold minimalist box. Absolute masterpiece.

Wow... Let me start by saying that I took a lot of inspiration from one of the real estate videos you did a while back. I actually bought the laowa 12mm beast on your recommendation. Let’s add into the mix that I also own an estate agency, so I’m up there when it comes to knowing how to sell a home. What you’ve done here is nothing short of a masterpiece. I was totally immersed from start to finish. Yes it’s a bloody nice home, but it takes some story telling to highlight the features in such a way that I instantly want to live there... and trust me, I’ve seen thousands of home’s over the years it takes a lot for me to be impressed. Sh*t Josh, that was f*cking awesome! 🙌

Each one was a work of art and took a great deal of time to craft. This one was no exception, took a bloody long time to figure out the flow and edit.
