Dharavi is a hotbed of migrants mostly employed in various small scale industries and unorganised sector , but still significantly contribute to the city's and country's economy. Displacing thousands of these migrants to another location is a huge challenge but definitely workable. However,Many so called NGOs and activists employed by opposition parties are blindly raising a red flag to anything and everything that's in country's long term interest.

I personally found Delhi more interesting and beautiful. Its organic as Delhi has much more history and historical areas than Mumbai. Plus Delhi has the old city with its own problems and charm. Things can definitely be improved in both the cities albeit in different ways.

Mumbai was founded by the Brits and has some beautiful historical buildings too as well but pales in comparison with Delhi. Food in Delhi similarly has much more layers and shades because of its history. Marine drive definitely is a plus for Mumbai compared to Delhi. Mumbai actually has some nicer nature close to it if not in it. Delhi has great nature even if slightly farther away to the north.
