You can use glycerin in place of some of the water to speed trace. Or, you can grate some of your hand made soap (0.5 oz or so) into the KOH/water to help speed trace also.

Hi again, I asked a question about the butter fat in the previous video. I have my can of goat milk and it has total fat listing 3% & 10%, saturated fat, listing 7% & 25% and then there's trans fat is 0g so pretty sure that's not the one to focus on. The brand is Meyenberg I think I found it at Walmart. I hate math but could you possibly tell me which # to focus on. Thanks again for any help.

Work off of the nutritional information on the back panel. It will have total fat in grams, Take that number and convert to ounces and then divide by the serving size which is 8fl ounces. This will yield a percentage which you will use to multiply by the total milk you will be adding. That number is the amount you put in the butterfat section of the calculator.
